We love working with oracle cards for intuitive guidance, inner clarity, and to connect with our Higher Self and/or spirit guides! Each deck we use carries its own energy, wisdom, and personality. Sometimes we find working with spreads (using an expressed intention for pulling and arranging of each card) can bring even deeper messages and inspiration. Here are some of our favorite spreads for various intentions for deeper self-discovery.

1. Select Your Deck: Choose a card deck that resonates with you. There are many different decks available, each with its own theme, art, and messages. Look for one that resonates with you interests, beliefs, or spiritual path.
2. Set Your Intention: Before you begin, take a moment to set your intention for the spread. This could be a question you want guidance on, a specific area of your life you want insight into, or simply a desire to connect with your intuition and higher wisdom.
3. Clear the Deck: Tap the deck (we like to tap three times) to clear the energy of the deck. You can also use cleansing smoke or a Selenite wand to cleanse and recharge the deck.
4. Shuffle the Cards: Shuffle the deck while focusing on your intention. You can shuffle them in any way that feels comfortable to you. Sometimes a card will jump out, and we believe that message is for you!
5. Draw a Card: When you feel ready, draw cards for your spread. Trust your intuition to guide you in selecting the right card!

The power of the number three can be built into a few different spreads for seeking clarity.
1) Past/Present/Future: Guidance for the evolution of a particular situation
2) Situation/Challenge/Guidance: Supports problem-solving
3) What I Know/What I Don't Know/What I Need to Know: Reveals both clarity and blind spots. Powerful spread for self-awareness.
4) Desire/Fear/Outcome: Uncover what your heart truly wants versus what is holding you back.

Pull seven cards, one for each chakra, starting with the Root Chakra to gain more insight into the chakras that may need unblocking or nurturing.
Root: Stability and security
Sacral: Creativity and passion
Solar Plexus: Motivation and confidence
Heart: Compassion and self-love
Throat: Expression and truth
Third Eye: Intuition and authenticity
Crown: Spiritual connection

Connect with energies or experiences from a previous lifetime that may still be influencing your current path.
First card: The past life energy or story
Second card: The lesson or karmic pattern still influencing you
Third card: Guidance to heal or integrate

Use this the spread when needing a deeper dive into inner work and clearing subconscious beliefs surrounding abundance, particularly finances. Pull a card for each question.
1) What vibration or mindset am I currently holding onto about money, finances, and abundance?
2) What blocks or limiting beliefs are holding me back from living in flow with abundance?
3) How can I shift into greater flow? What actions must take place?

Pulling cards during the moon cycles can give us powerful readings. Pull a card for each question.
Full Moon: 1. What am I ready to release? 2. What is the lesson? 3) Where can I offer gratitude?
New Moon: 1. What intention should I plant? 2. What energy supports my intention? 3. What should I focus on manifesting?

On the New Year or your birthday, build a spread for the year ahead. Pull twelve cards, one for each month, to tune into the energies that may shape the coming year.
Oracle cards are wonderful intuitive tools so feel free to create your own spread! Each message is an invitation to listen, reflect, and trust your inner knowing. Over time, these practices strengthen your intuition and deepen your spiritual connection!

Even crystals created through scientific innovation can have powerful properties. Terahertz is composed of silica, formed by extracting quartz or silica from grains of sand. It emits terahertz waves that prevent mental fatigue, increase mental clarity, and stimulate physical vigor. Its unique frequency is associated with balance, alignment, and transformation.

Terahertz's high thermal conductivity, which can even melt ice, stimulates energy flow in the body, gives you a boost, and increases your overall energy levels. It is ideal for those seeking focus, drive, and forward movement in their lives. Carry a Terahertz palm stone with you at work, school, or whenever you need renewed motivation.

Terahertz stimulates the Root Chakra and shields against low lying energies and electromagnetic frequencies (EMFs). If you're experiencing feelings of restlessness, anxiety, or insecurity, it's possible your Root Chakra is blocked or out of alignment. Terahertz can improve maintenance of the Root Chakra, keeping you grounded and feeling secure. As modern technology continues to expand so does our exposure to electromagnetic radiation, which some believe can disrupt the body's energy field. EMFs are emitted by electronic devices such as cell phones, WiFi routers, and computers. Terahertz acts as a natural filter, shielding EMFs before they reach the human body.
Allow Terahertz natural frequencies inspire vitality, focus, and a deeper sense of alignment in your life!

Tea Tree, (Melaleuca alternifolia) known for its crisp aroma, has a wide range of benefits. It has a distinctive medicinal scent that can soften when blended with oils such as Vetiver, Lavender, or citrus oils. It is native to Australia and has been used for centuries by the Aboriginal people. The water resistant bark was used to make canoes, knife sheaths, and shelters. The oil is steam distilled from the leaves of the tree, which is found in warm, swampy regions.
Therapeutic & Energetic Qualities
Tea Tree is a natural anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, and antimicrobial. It can support your immune system and relieve chest tension during times of illness. Tea Tree can soothe irritated skin, such as bug bites. It has also been added to shampoos to help with dandruff and irritated scalps. Tea Tree helps relieve mental fatigue and bolster emotional confidence while also grounding your energy and connecting to your Root Chakra.

How to Incorporate Tea Tree into Your Daily Routine
Supplies Needed
1. Add 10 drops of Pink Grapefruit, 10 drops of Eucalyptus, & 10 drops of Tea Tree (30 drops total) to your empty oil bottle. This will be your stock bottle.
2. Fill a bowl or mug halfway with steaming hot water (not boiling!).
3. Add 1-2 drops of oils from your stock bottle to the steaming water. No more than 2! If you accidentally add more than 2, start over.
4. With your eyes closed (never open them over the steam!), lean over the bowl/mug and breathe in steam. You can use an eye mask if you'd like. It's okay if you cough or need to blow your nose. If you feel comfortable, you can place the towel over your head. Continue to breathe in steam for all long as you feel comfortable or steam subsides.
The cooled off water can be passively diffused in your space. Do not ingest it or reheat it. Once you feel a cold coming on, try steaming 3-5 times for the first few days. This is not recommended for children under the age of 12.
Tea Tree is a staple in our aromatherapy toolkit! Use it year round to freshen your home environment, support your immune system, and improve your emotional strength and resolve. We love the notes is adds to our Root Chakra Roller Blend and Earth Cold Process Soap.

The Medicine Wheel (sometimes called the Sacred Hoop) is an ancient and sacred symbol used by many Indigenous tribes, signifying health, healing, wholeness, and balance. The four quadrants represent the spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional planes of existence, as well as the four sacred medicines: Tobacco, Sage, Cedar, and Sweetgrass. This energy embodies the four directions, along with Father Sky, Mother Earth, and the Spirit Tree, all of which symbolize the dimensions of health and the cycles of life.

Each quadrant is traditionally associated with a color—black (west), red (south), yellow (east), and white (north). The circle itself represents wholeness, eternity, and the continuous flow of life’s cycles. It serves as a sacred reminder that everything is connected. Medicine Wheels may appear as artwork (such as those painted on drums or canvases, like the beautiful pieces shared here by Lakota elder, Mr. Charging Crow) or as physical constructions, and are used in teachings, ceremonies, and personal practice. While specific teachings vary among Indigenous communities, the central theme remains the same: the Medicine Wheel represents balance, healing, and the relationship between the natural and spiritual worlds.

In Western culture, the word medicine usually refers to pharmaceuticals, treatments, or interventions used to address disease or illness—something external that restores the body’s health. In Indigenous traditions, medicine carries a broader and deeper meaning. It encompasses spiritual power, wisdom, and the natural forces that sustain life. Medicine can be found in plants, rocks, animals, songs, ceremonies, dreams, and relationships. A person’s medicine may refer to their unique gifts, strengths, or teachings. Thus, the Medicine Wheel is not merely a tool for physical healing, but a sacred symbol of the interconnected medicines of life itself.

As many as 150 Medicine Wheel constructions have been identified across North America. The best-known in the United States is the Bighorn Medicine Wheel, located near the crest of the Bighorn Mountains in Wyoming. It consists of a circular pattern of stones approximately 80 feet in diameter, with a central cairn and 28 spokes connecting to the outer rim. Its exact age is uncertain—estimates range from several hundred to 3,000 years old. Aligned with the solstices and key celestial events, including the summer solstice and the rising points of significant stars, it continues to serve as a place of prayer and offering.

How to Use a Medicine Wheel
The medicine wheel can be used in a variety of ways, depending on tradition and personal practice.
When working with the Medicine Wheel, it’s important to approach it with respect and awareness. These teachings originate from Indigenous cultures and should be honored as such. Whenever possible, learning directly from knowledge keepers or elders is the best way to deepen your understanding. We are deeply grateful to our dear friend and Lakota elder, Mr. Charging Crow, for sharing his wisdom with us.
The medicine wheel is more than a symbol-it reminds us that true wellness comes from honoring all part of ourselves and our places in the world. By embracing its teachings of balance, respect, and interconnectedness, we are reminded that our well-being is tied to Mother Earth, to each other, and to the cycles of life itself.

The tale of Atlantis comes from the Greek philosopher Plato. He described Atlantis as a vast island nation, larger than Libya and Asia Minor combined, situated "beyond the Pillars of Hercules" (believed to be the Strait of Gibraltar.) It was said to be a powerful, wealthy, and technologically advanced society that eventually grew corrupt and misused their power. According to Plato, the gods punished Atlantis and in a single day and night of misfortune, the island was swallowed by the sea. Whether this was invented as a moral fable or a preserved fragment of forgotten history remains one of humanity's enduring mysteries.

Over the centuries, explorers and mystics have suggested countless possible sites for Atlantis. Here are some of the most popular theories.
It is suggested that Atlantis fell due to greed, moral corruption, and misuse of power. Some view it as a highly spiritual but technologically advanced civilization that lost its balance and led to its destruction. Humanity overstepped moral boundaries and began experimentation which led to the hybridization and altering of DNA of animals and humans. Those in charge dismissed spirituality and respect for Earth for scientific advancement without regard to moral and ethical obligations. Some theories suggest civil war or war with other civilizations led to its demise.

Crystals have long been linked to Atlantis through both lore and metaphysical tradition. Larimar, known as the Atlantis Stone, connects to water, tranquility, and higher consciousness. Aquamarine reflects the element of water, supporting courage, clarity, and intuitive flow. Atlantisite unites ancient wisdom with compassion, reminding us to live in harmony with the Earth. And Clear Quartz, often said to be used by the Atlanteans as a source of energy and knowledge, continues to amplify spiritual wisdom and alignment today.
How can we reflect on the fall of Atlantis today? It could be seen as a mirror for humanity, especially with the rise of AI, our dependence on social media, and the chasm of division amongst our societies. How can we balance our connection and respect with Mother Earth and advanced scientific methods? What would our world look like if humanity came together as one-honoring our differences while standing in unity?
Whether Atlantis was a literal island flooded by the sea, a poetic allegory by Plato, or a story from humanity's deep past, it continues to inspire wonder. In its mystery lies a lesson: civilizations are not immune to collapse, but through reflection, balance, and humility, we might avoid the same fate.

Mr. Delbert Charging Crow, a full-blooded Oglala Lakota Sioux Native American, carries on the sacred tradition of carving stone animal fetishes. Each piece is more than a carving—it’s a spiritual connection to the Animal Spirits and the wisdom of the Stone People.

Mr. Charging Crow shares how his calling first came through a dream:
One day I dreamed a wonderful dream. Great-Grandma appeared to me. She had a handkerchief tied to a rope with 15 knots. She took them off and showed they were vertebrae shaped like a buffalo, and she told me I needed to carve one. It was a spiritual animal she used for good luck. That day I carved my first buffalo out of alabaster with good intentions.
For him, fetish carvings are living connections:
The Stone People have a lot to teach us if we listen to them and show them respect. If you hold your animal fetish in your hand and think about the changes you need in your surroundings and the ailments you struggle with in your body, mind, and soul, your Animal Spirit Helpers will aid you with these issues.

These sacred objects are hand-carved from stone and are used for spiritual guidance, protection, and connection to animal spirits. Each carving represents more than just the physical form of the animal — it embodies the spirit and medicine that the animal offers.
Lakota carvers don’t simply choose an animal to create. Instead, they tap into the energy of the stone, allowing its natural shape, texture, and vibration to guide them in revealing the animal within. This intuitive process honors both the spirit of the stone and the essence of the animal it becomes. These carvings serve as protectors, teachers, and spiritual companions, connecting us to the strength, wisdom, and guidance carried by the animal spirit.

Working with stones such as Soapstone, Alabaster, Pipestone, and more, Mr. Charging Crow begins by listening to the stone itself. As he explains, the spirit of the animal reveals itself once the first layer of stone is removed using manual tools (never powered tools). During the carving process, the piece is placed in water, where Mr. Charging Crow calls upon the water spirits to bless it. While submerged, the carving is carefully smoothed and polished by hand.
Once the stone is ready, it is set in the Sun to drink in light and release the water it has held. Then, the sacred bundles are added—leather, feathers, beads, and gemstones tied to the back of the animal. Each bundle represents luck, health, and the burdens of its keeper. Inside, he places South Dakota sage, spiritual food for the fetish animal. As feathers are gathered, prayers and sacred plants are offered on behalf of the carving, honoring its spirit.
Through his work, Mr. Charging Crow honors his ancestors, his dreams, and the sacred spirits of the stones—passing forward traditions that hold deep meaning for the Lakota people and for all who are open to their teachings.

Mr. Charging Crow explains the symbolism and significance of different animal spirits.

Unity Wolf
A powerful teacher and symbol of wisdom, loyalty, and strong family bonds. It represents unity and reminds us that true strength is found in working together through shared purpose, mutual support, and deep connection.
Wolf
The alpha female who is loyal, resilient, and wise. Teaches survival, intuition, and strength. Wolves mate for life, and in the pack, females lead with knowledge and heart.

Mr. Charging Crow offers this prayer when working with a fetish carving. Holding the carving in your hands, take a few deep breaths, quiet your thoughts and open your heart space.
Oh, Great Spirit, the Creator of all Life, Grandmother Earth and Grandfathers of the Four Sacred Winds, give our bodies the strength and the understanding to overcome these negative surroundings. Animal Spirit Guide, take us on a spiritual journey to discover a more positive outlook on life. We pray that we learn how to be honest with ourselves and to walk on the right path leading toward our spiritual healing. Give us more space so that we can bless all life and learn how to respect and forgive our enemies. Make our hearts mindful of all life so that we too can have life. We say this in the name of our Ancestral Spiritual Guides. Mitakuye Oyasin (We are all related).

When you are done with your prayers and intentions, place the fetish next to your bed, making sure it faces you as you sleep. Continue this for the first four nights of an important time of personal reflection, questions, or change. Pay close attention to your dreams or meditations for any messages or thoughts that arise. Even if you're unable to recall your dreams, tune into how you feel or emotions that arise when you first awake.
If you'd like to learn more about fetish carvings or even create your very own, join us for our upcoming Lakota Stone Animal Carving Fetish Workshop with Mr. Charging Crow. This is a one-of-a-kind, unique experience!

The angelic realm is a hierarchy of divine beings of light, messengers, and protectors sent to support, assist, and guide humanity. Whether you call them archangels, guardian angels, or light beings, their energy is pure, loving, and aligned with your highest good.

Angels operate on a high vibrational frequency, acting as bridges between the Divine and earthly realms. Here are some ways they can help you on your spiritual journey.

They often intervene subtly, through a "knowing", serendipitous events, or repeating messages. These are common signs of their presence.
These signs remind you that you are never alone. The more you acknowledge them, the more clearly their presence will be felt.

Crystals act as energetic amplifiers, helping you to align with angelic frequencies. Here are some of our favorite crystals to work with to connect to the angelic realm.

Scent can be a powerful tool for spiritual connection. Sacred plants carry light, clarity, and high vibrational frequencies. Here are our favorite essential oils and plants we use to connect to the angelic realm.
Use these oils in your diffuser when meditating with the angelic realm or apply a few drops at bedtime to invite angel messages into your dreams. Incense sticks, cones, or resins are another way to invite these scents into your home.

Each archangel can be called upon for specific needs. Clearly state your intention and guidance you are in need of. After calling them in, sit in stillness, and observe any feelings, images, or words that arise.
In Kyle Gray's book, Connecting with the Angels Made Easy: How to See, Hear and Feel Your Angels, he offers a candle ritual to welcome in your guardian angel's presence. Find a large enough candle that you'll be able to gaze directly into. Dim the lights in your home and light the candle. You'll be gazing at the candle so make sure you're in a comfortable position. Here is his step by step guide.
Gaze at the candle flame and allow its golden light to wash over you.
In your mind, set the intention that you want to draw your angel close to you.
Feel in your heart and in your soul that they are enveloping you in their energy.
Keep gazing at the candle and visualize your third eye centre opening up.
As your third eye opens, feel yourself attune to the vision of your angel.
See yourself tapping into the voice of your angel as you gaze towards the candle.
Feel, see and hear their presence.
Breathing steadily and deeply through both nostrils, allow yourself to go into a light trance.
When your gaze has become a stare, close your eyes immediately.
Pay attention to the thoughts, messages, words or impressions that come to you.
Then say a quiet prayer like "Thank you, angel. I am so glad you are close to me. I allow you into my heart. Thank you for staying there!"
Place your hands on the ground at either side of your body and press firmly down to ground yourself.
Drink some water and maybe eat some nuts or fruit to ground yourself.
Eventually it will become automatic for you to direct your energy and focus to your angel in order to feel them around you, and a beautiful feeling of safety and support will come to you in return.
The angelic realm is always near and ready to walk beside you, lift your spirit, and offer guidance when asked. Working with crystals and mindful intentions can help you tune into their frequency. They are ready to meet you with love, compassion, and radiant light!

Water is one of the most sacred elements on Earth. It is the source of life, flowing through our bodies (we are made up of more than 70% water!), our land, and the cosmos itself. But water carries something deeper: memories, consciousness, and a way of holding energy and intention. It holds subtle imprints of emotions, thoughts, and vibrations across all timelines and if we tune into this powerful source we not only raise our own vibration but become one with something greater than ourselves.

Veda Austin, a photographer and water researcher, studies water's consciousness through crystallography, the freezing of water over images, words, or intentions. (The ice will then reveal an image of whatever was projected into the water.) She sees "water as Source, rather than a resource...". Through her works of ice photography, she has shown that water is responsive to not only our words, thoughts, and projections but also music and art. So, what is water trying to communicate?

Lorriann Horvath, QHHT practitioner and Reiki Master, shared a message she received from the water element during a client session. The water expressed itself as the essence of life, carrying energy, knowledge, and healing through and around all beings. It asked humanity to treat it as sacred, to recognize its power, and to protect it from pollution and harm. Water also emphasized the vital role of fish, describing them as “worker bees” of the waters—sentient beings who cleanse, communicate, and maintain balance within aquatic ecosystems. Together, water and fish need consistent healing energy from humanity to restore balance and support the oneness of all life.
"Treat water sacredly. Bring it into rituals, bring it into your practice-what it is that you do, and allow it to purify and heal you. Water wants to see a change in regime all over the world and the coming together as one to understand the sacredness of water and how life cannot continue to function without it. Understanding oneness is key."
If our consciousness and actions influence water, then water influences us. If water can carry memory and vibration, then we are walking vessels of ancestral and cosmic wisdom. Through engaging with water consciously, we open ourselves to healing, clarity, and alignment with the natural world. Here are some ways to honor and connect with water's consciousness.

Say blessings of gratitude and healing to your drinking water. Using tones from sound instruments such as drums, singing bowl, or chimes over your water (or even your voice and intention) can infuse it with higher vibrations.
Salt baths. Spending time in water can deepen your connection and bringing water safe crystals into your bath can further this connection.
Moon water. Water can be charged and infused with lunar energy during the full moon. This water can be used in ceremonies or self-care routines.
Spend time near bodies of water, streams, lakes, or oceans. Tune into its energy and give your blessings and gratitude. Visit sacred bodies, fountains, or wells with the same intention. Bathing in mineral-rich hot springs has been practiced for centuries as a means of emotional renewal and to nurture the body, mind, and spirit.
Our favorite hot springs to soak in are:
Develop relationships with water spirits or elementals. Humans once had a deep reverence and connection with the elemental or telluric realms. Throughout history, we have betrayed their existence and trust. We need to delicately rebuild these relationships as so much of their wisdom and guidance has been lost.
Charging water with crystals. This can can raise the vibration of your crystal and water itself. Be sure your crystals can be immersed in water. As a general rule, crystals to avoid putting in water are any that end in "ite", such as Selenite, Calcite, Pyrite, Fluorite, Malachite, etc. Do not use the charged water as drinking water.
Since water has a consciousness we need to understand how to coexist, be resourceful and mindful with all bodies of water including rain and snow. Where in your life or community can you support the conservation and restoration of water?
Water is our sacred companion, a mirror of our emotions, and a carrier of ancient wisdom. By connecting to this consciousness, we not only honor this element but also reconnect with the intuitive nature within ourselves.

Every year, our Denver Gem Show trip is filled with magic—and this year was no exception. The Denver Gem & Mineral Show is one of the largest gatherings of crystal and mineral vendors in the world, and for us, it’s so much more than just sourcing inventory for the shop. It’s a time to discover rare treasures, reconnect with vendors and friends, deepen our relationship with the Earth through the beauty she shares with us, and share the excitement with all of you!

One of our favorite traditions is building a crystal grid at the show. It’s our way of setting intentions, sending healing energy to Mother Earth, and infusing love and light into all of the beautiful crystals we bring home. This practice keeps us grounded in gratitude and reminds us why we do what we do—sharing the Earth’s treasures with all of you.

Another tradition is making team bracelets to wear during the show. For us, they’re a symbol of unity—a way to feel connected and supported while we’re out sourcing treasures for you. These bracelets help keep our energy grounded and aligned as we work together. And this year, for the first time ever, we offered them to you too! It was so special to see our community excited to share in this tradition and connect with the energy alongside us.

The gem show is also about connection. We made new relationships and deepened existing ones with vendors from around the world. A highlight this year was spending time with our Peruvian vendor, who introduced us to the Inca Trilogy—the condor, puma, and serpent. Each carries its own sacred energy, and we can't wait to share the beautiful new wands, carvings, and teachings that came with this connection.

And of course, the crystals! We’ve added incredible new finds to the shop: Blue Halite from Iran, Coquimbite from Chile, Dianite from Russia, Druzy Chrome Chalcedony from Turkey, Mali Garnets from West Africa, Peridot with Chrome Diopside from Arizona, Powellite and Prasiolite from Brazil, Staurolite and Uvarovite from Russia—and so much more. With three pallets of treasures on their way home, we can’t wait for you to experience them with us.

This year, we also went live from Denver with five amazing Instagram Live Sales! It was such a joy to share the excitement of these new finds with you in real time, and we had so much fun exploring the gem show together. Connecting with you that way was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Be sure to also check out our Denver Gem Show highlight over on Instagram for all the behind-the-scenes!

Outside the show, we also made time for recharging in nature. A stop at Iron Mountain Hot Springs was truly healing—we even brought a few crystals along to cleanse and charge in the water and mountain energy. The hot springs feature pools inspired by thermal waters around the world, and the experience was so revitalizing after spending many hours walking and shopping the gem show.

As always, we return from Denver with full hearts, truly inspired, and with so many new treasures to share. Thank you for being part of our community and joining in the excitement with us—stay tuned for all of our new finds!

The Autumn Equinox reminds us that life is a balance between light and dark, growth and release, and action and rest. Just as the natural world begins to slow and prepare for a quieter season, we too are invited to find balance within ourselves. This time of year encourages us to reflect on areas in our lives where harmony may be missing. Are we giving too much and not receiving enough? Are we moving too quickly and neglecting the need for stillness? The equinox offers an opportunity to pause and realign, to let go of what no longer serves us, and to create space for deeper grounding. Here are some of our tips for finding balance this season!

The Autumn Equinox invites us to find harmony between action and stillness, outer expression and inner reflection. By embracing the balance of light and dark, we cultivate clarity and peace. Just as the Earth shifts with grace, so too can you realign, release, and return to balance.
