One our favorite crystal shapes are points and towers. They are ideal for manifesting intentions, raising the vibration, and creating a beacon of light in your space. We use them as center pieces in our crystal grids to direct and transmit energy and they are essential daily tools for energy work, manifestation, and spiritual growth.
Crystal points typically have a defined tip and can be single terminated (one pointed end) or double terminated (points on both ends). They usually are six sided and represent clarity, focus, and intention. The tip directs energy in a specific direction, making it ideal for goal setting and manifestation work.
Crystal towers or obelisks have a defined tip with four sides. They symbolize spiritual growth, ascension, and stability and can be used in meditation and spiritual alignment.
Energy Direction and Amplification
Their pointed tips channel intention, light, and energy, acting as a conduit between the spiritual and physical realms. Directing the tip outward sends intentions and healing. Directing the tip inwards draws in energy. They can also be used during Reiki or other energy healing sessions to focus Light and healing energy on specific areas.
Some of the most powerful points are Vogels and wands. When you vertically display your wands, towers, and double terminated points, you create a high vibrational pillar of light that represents the connectivity between the earth and the sky. Manifest your intentions, direct energy, raise the vibration, and create a beacon of light in your space!
Meditation and Clarity
Holding a crystal point or tower during meditation helps create a focused and stable energetic field. It encourages inner balance and deep grounding.
Manifestation and Intention Setting
Written intentions can be placed underneath crystal towers and points to charge them with your goals and desires. The pointed shape helps send your intentions out into the Universe.
Protection
Place crystal towers and points in your home, near doors and windows or in the four corners of your house, to help cleanse and protect your space from low lying energies. This shape can transform negative or chaotic energy into a more harmonious and balanced environment.
Crystal Grids
Crystal points and towers are placed in the center to amplify the energy and ground your crystal grid. Choose a high vibrational crystal such as Lemurian, Amethyst, or Clear Quartz.
Crystal towers and points are pillars of light that represents the connectivity between the earth and the sky and direct high vibrational energy. They are more than just beautiful pieces but they can also be used as tools to bridge between the physical and spiritual worlds!

The New Moon symbolizes new beginnings and an opportunity to reset, realign, and reconnect. It is a time for visioning and tuning into our inner world. This subtle energy is a portal of manifestation, offering an opportunity to set intentions for our highest good.
The New Moon is also symbolic of the Void - a place of mystery, transformation, and potential. The Void is not an empty vessel but transcends to a space of infinite potential. Old patterns that no longer serve us dissolve and fall away, while new ones take shape. It asks us to trust in the process of surrender and to work within our own shadow.
When we work with this lunar energy consciously and with intention, we amplify the power behind our desires. Writing down intentions, guided journaling prompts, visualizing outcomes, pulling oracle cards, and speaking affirmations are powerful practices during this time. When you align your hearts desires with the rhythm of the cosmos, the Universe positively responds!
Some of the most powerful New Moon practices include:
In her book Moonology: Working with the Magic of Lunar Cycles, Yasmin Boland says this about New Moon manifesting:
"The secret to making wishes or setting intentions is to ensure that they come from the heart, and that you feel them as if they've already happened."
Here are her top tips for setting intentions during this time:
Crystals are powerful tools that can support you during this energy for intention setting and manifestation. Our favorites to use during the New Moon are Clear Quartz, Trolleite, Labradorite, Black Moonstone, Golden Apatite, Ruby in Kyanite, and Black Flower Agate. Incorporate them in crystal grids, mediation, or sleep with them.

The Earth has been honored as a divine force and revered by many cultures throughout history. It is a reminder of our connection to nature and the importance of maintaining balance between material and spiritual life. It is the third planet from our sun and is symbolic of grounding, our relationship with the physical world, and practicality.
Humanity has connected with Earth's energy through goddesses and gods. Some commonly known goddesses of Mother Earth are Gaia (The primordial Earth Mother, the personification of Earth itself representing creation, fertility, and nurturing.), the Roman goddess Terra, the Andean goddess Pachamama , and the Celtic goddess Cerridwen. Gods that were revered for their connection to Earth were the Egyptian god Geb and the Celtic god Dagda. Aligning with their energies can help to deepen your connection to nature and foster a greater sense of harmony within your lives. Native Americans have long held a loving, respectful relationship with Mother Earth. They share beautiful creation stories of the Spider Grandmother and White Buffalo Woman.
Elementals
Earth elementals represent the spirit of the land, forests, and mountains. Many cultures formed a working relationship with these guardian elementals. For example, Gnomes, Dryads, Faeries, and Dwarves are beings that work the Earth's minerals, guardian spirits of the land, and are associated with ancient wisdom and protection.
Grounding
We recently sat down with Kelly Johnson, Reiki Master Teacher, to learn more about the benefits and importance of grounding as way to connect with Earth's energy.
"Grounding is an activity that reconnects you to the Earth, restoring the electrical balance within your body. It can be done directly by spending time in nature, by being in touch with the elements. Or it can be done indirectly through meditation and other activities. By being grounded we experience greater balance, calm, clarity and insight.
Grounding is an important practice because of the many benefits it can have immediately and over time.. If you are feeling depleted, sluggish, empty or just indifferent, grounding allows you to draw a quick energetic boost from the Earth. Energy can also flow the other way. Grounding also allows us to release energy down into the Earth if we are in a state of excess energy such as anger, frustration, worry or feelings of overwhelm."
How to Honor Earth
This Earth Day, we can take time to reflect on our relationship with our planet, not just a resource but as a sacred and living entity. By recognizing the spiritual forces that govern the Earth, we can deepen our connection to the land and take responsibility for its well-being!

The Earth element, one of the four elements, is the foundation of stability, strength, and grounding in many spiritual traditions. It embodies nourishment, abundance, and our connection to nature and all living things. It is also associated with growth, fertility, and endurance, offering a sense of security and balance to those who embrace its energy.
In astrology the Earth signs, (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) are known for their reliable, practical nature and down-to-earth approach. People born under this sign provide others with a stable foundation and a sense of security.
The Earth element is connected with the Root Chakra. This energy center located at the base of the spine, is responsible for grounding our energy and keeping us secure. When our Root Chakra is aligned and balanced, we have clarity of mind, maintain emotional composure through difficult feelings, and our life force energy remains intact.
Archangel Uriel, known as the "Bringer of Light", is closely associated with the Earth element. He can be called upon for those seeking guidance and in need of clarity during challenging situations.
All crystals resonate with the Earth element but these are our favorites for working with the specific grounding and nurturing energy of the Earth: Hematite, Moss Agate, Obsidian, Smoky Quartz, Tourmaline, and Petrified Wood. Hematite in particular is especially powerful for connecting to the Earth's core.
To connect with the Earth element, there are a variety of ways to engage in activities that will offer you stability and ground your energy. Aromatherapy can offer benefits such as a relaxation and restore balance to your body, mind, and spirit. Our favorite oils to diffuse for their ability to connect with Earth's natural rhythms are Cedarwood, Vetiver, Frankincense, and Patchouli. Yoga poses such as Mountain Pose, Child's Pose, Warrior Pose, and Tree Pose, "earthing", guided meditations, building a crystal grid, and herbalism are all ways to connect with the grounding and nurturing Earth element.
The Earth element offers a strong foundation for spiritual growth, healing, and manifestation. By incorporating Earth element crystals, aromatherapy, and grounding practices, you can cultivate stability, prosperity, and a deep connection with nature. Embrace the wisdom of the Earth, and let it guide you toward a more balance and abundant life!

Moss Agate resonates with the Heart Chakra, our body's energy center that focuses on the vibration of Love, compassion, and our emotional well-being. It can promote harmony in relationships, self-acceptance, and a deeper sense of inner peace. The gentle but steady vibration of Moss Agate, makes it ideal for those experiencing long-term healing rather than rapid transformation. Its energy encourages patience, perseverance, and resilience, making it idea for those working through difficult life challenges. It is especially powerful for those working through addictions.

Meditation is one of the easiest and most effective ways to use crystals for the purpose of aligning a specific chakra.
Step 1: Choose a crystal that matches the chakra you want to balance.
Step 2: Hold it in your hand or place it over the corresponding chakra.
Step 3: Close your eyes, take slow, deep breaths, and visualize the chakra’s color glowing brightly.
Step 4: Remain in this peaceful state for a few minutes, allowing the crystal’s energy to connect with the chakra.
If you’re feeling out of balance, try placing crystals on each chakra center.
Step 1: Lie down in a quiet space.
Step 2: Place the appropriate crystals on each chakra center.
Step 3: Relax for 10-15 minutes; allowing the crystals to connect with each chakra.
Step 4: To end the session, gently remove the crystal and reflect on how you're feeling or if you received any messages or visions.
Crystal grids are a powerful way to amplify healing energy! (Read our blog post for more details on how to use crystal grids for manifestation and how they can support your intentions.)
Step 1: Arrange crystals in a geometric pattern on a crystal grid template or anywhere in an undisturbed area of your home.
Step 2: Place a Clear Quartz point in the center to boost the energy flow. Using your intuition, arrange crystals in a pattern on your grid. Choose crystals that will correspond and amplify the energy of the chakra(s) you're wanting to align and balance.
Step 3: Set an intention for the chakra(s) you're working on.
Step 4: Meditate with the grid during your regular meditation practice.
If you want continuous energy support throughout the day, wear chakra stone jewelry.

Mars, the fourth planet from the Sun, is named after the Roman god representing battle and strategic combat. This red planet is associated with action, passion, courage, and determination. It governs raw energy, ambition, and the warrior spirit within us all. Mars can influence our drive, willpower, and the way we assert ourselves in the world. It governs the signs Aries and Scorpio, were its energy transforms into a more strategic and intense force. Throughout history, it has been associated with numerous gods such as the Greek god Ares, the Norse god Tyr, the Hindu god Kartikeya, the Eqyptian god Sekhmet, and the Celtic god Camulus. These gods mirror its influence on strength, courage, and determination.
Mar's symbol is represented by a circle with an arrow emerging from it, representing a shield and spear, and is associated with action, energy, and assertiveness. Mars resonates with the element of fire and the color red. Fiery, energetic herbs such as Ginger, Nettle, and Dragons Blood, are often used in ceremony to tap into Mars potential.
Energy & Willpower
Mars carries an intense, assertive energy that can be harnessed for personal power, protection, and motivation. When we align with its energy, we are more confident, bold, and fearless in pursuit of our goals. When Mars is in retrograde, it slows our drive, forcing us to reconsider our actions, ambition, and assertive tendencies.
Affect on Root and Solar Plexus Chakra
Mars governs the Root and Solar Plexus Chakras, grounding us in strength, survival instincts, and resilience. It fuels the Solar Plexus where personal power, determination, and courage reside. Using Mars energy can enhance your confidence, assertiveness, and motivation. People who are in leadership roles can benefit from this increase of stamina and strengthen their initiative.
Warrior Spirit
Mars helps overcome fear, procrastination, and self-doubt. It can be called upon for protection as it embodies the warrior spirit and invoked for courage in the face of adversity and to create strong energetic boundaries.
Some of our favorite crystals we love to work with for connecting with Mar's energy are Red Jasper, Bloodstone, Garnet, Obsidian, and Hematite. They can assist in protection, motivation, and boost our passion and desires.

Shungite is one of our favorites for protection and grounding! It is comprised of mostly pure carbon and is the only known natural mineral to contain fullerene, a type of carbon molecular formation known for its healing benefits.
It is an incredibly powerful protection tool, especially useful in protection from electromagnetic fields (EMFs). As modern technology continues to expand so does our exposure to electromagnetic radiation, which some believe can disrupt the body's energy field. EMFs are emitted by electronic devices such as cell phones, WiFi routers, and computers. Shungite acts as a natural filter, absorbing and neutralizing EMFs before they reach the human body. Placing Shungite pyramids, spheres, or cell phone plates near electronic devices can create a protective barrier. Shungite jewelry, such as bracelets, can also lessen your exposure.
Shungite is a grounding crystal that helps create a strong connection between the physical and spiritual realms. It fosters a sense of balance, security, and resilience, making it a beneficial crystal for meditation and deep introspection. It also works to balance and align our Root Chakra. When our Root Chakra is in flow, we feel a sense of security, supported, and connected to the present moment.
Shungite can also provide a protective shield against psychic attacks. Place in key areas of your home to ward off unwanted energies and enhance emotional stability. It also works to cleanse and align your lightbody so it is open and in alignment with the Light and Universal Love.
Another way to use Shungite is by drinking Elite Noble Shungite water. Elite Noble Shungite purifies water by removing chlorine compounds, nitrates, copper, magnesium, iron, bacteria, and microorganisms. It even cleans visually dirty water, eliminates sour tastes, removes heavy metals, and enriches drinking water with potassium!
Not only does Shungite-infused water become ultra-clean, but it is also enriched with hydrated fullerenes, which boost the regenerative ability of human tissue and influence neurotransmitter exchange—helping to improve resistance to stress. The antioxidants in Shungite water are powerful allies for your health and immune system.
Daily use of Shungite water for washing your face and body can improve skin elasticity and give your skin a healthy glow. It may also help with acne, psoriasis, and redness. Washing your hair with Shungite water strengthens hair roots and promotes scalp health. Taking a Shungite bath helps to remove negativity, toxins, and electromagnetic energy from your body, offering both physical and digital detoxification.
Shungite is a powerful stone with a long history of metaphysical significance. Whether it's used for EMF protection, grounding, or energy purification, it is a valuable tool for those seeking balance and overall well-being.

The Crown Chakra is the seventh chakra of our energy centers, located at the top of the head. It is the seat of higher awareness, guiding us toward wisdom, inner peace, and cosmic understanding.
What is the Crown Chakra?
It is known as Sahasrara in Sanskrit and depicted as a thousand-petaled lotus, symbolizing the infinite nature of spiritual awakening. It resonates with the colors violet and white and is associated with cosmic energy and the musical note "B".
How to Balance your Crown Chakra
An imbalance (either under or overactive) of the Crown Chakra can manifest in feelings of spiritual disconnection, confusion of life's purpose, sense of isolation, difficulty grounding and feelings disconnected from reality. There are several ways to balance the Crown Chakra to unlock its full potential. Reignite or begin a meditation practice focusing on chanting the "Om" mantra as this closely resonates with the Crown Chakra. Consider modalities such as Reiki and sound baths. Reiki practitioners are able to assess the Crown Chakra for imbalances and make recommendations to maintain its integrity. Connect with the cosmos through star gazing. Yoga poses such as Rabbit pose, Lotus pose, and Headstands focus attention and energy at the Crown Chakra.
Using aromatherapy such as essential oils either by diffusing in your space or applying to your Crown Chakra can create flow. Frankincense, Palo Santo, Neroli, and Bergamot are all great choices for working with imbalance by centering your energy and emotions.
Archangel Metatron is strongly associated with transformation and the angelic realm. Calling upon him during meditation can offer guidance on your spiritual journey and help you to connect with divine consciousness.
Working with crystals can also help serve as a bridge between individual consciousness and the divine. Our favorite crystals to encourage spiritual enlightenment are Clear Quartz, Lemurian Quartz, Amethyst, Selenite, and Mica.
As you cultivate awareness of your Crown Chakra, remember that enlightenment is not a destination but a continuous unfolding of Universal truth, Love, and cosmic consciousness.

Mercury, the smallest planet in our solar system and the closest to the Sun, is named after the Roman messenger god and governs our communication, intellect, travel, and technology. It can influence how we think, express ourselves, and connect with others. Mercury governs the signs Gemini and Virgo, ruling over intellect, communication, and reason. Throughout history, it has been associated with numerous gods such as the Greek god Hermes, the Norse god Odin, the Egyptian god Thoth, and the Hindu god Vishnu. These gods mirror its influence on wisdom, travel, and harmony.
Mercury's symbol is represented by a circle (spirit) atop a cross (matter) with a crescent (mind) above. This suggests the integration of intellect, material reality, and spiritual awareness. It is associated with the element of air and the color silver.
Communication and Thought Processes
Mercury rules over how we think, learn, and speak. It influences our ability to process information, engage in conversation, and make decisions. Those individuals who are strongly associated with this planet often have a sharp intellect and quick wit.
Travel and Movement
Mercury affects both our physical travel and mental agility. It helps keeps us in motion and in flow. It also governs technology, commerce, contracts, and digital interactions.
Logic vs. Emotion
Mercury expresses itself logically and directly, favoring rational thought. It leans toward intuitive thoughts and practical communication. Aligning with this energy can help maintain your authentic voice and maintaining proper balance of the Throat Chakra.
Mercury appears to move backward in the sky three to four times per year. This sets the stage for a phenomenon known as Mercury in Retrograde and can affect our daily lives. You can expect misunderstandings, technological glitches, travel delays, lost items, business disruptions, and old issues brought to the surface. However, you can embrace this energy and look for the lessons. Slow down, reflect, resolve outstanding issues, practice patience and mindfulness, and refine plans are all ways to navigate this phase.
Some of our favorite crystals we love to work with for connecting with Mercury's energy are Shungite, Fluorite, Sodalite, Lapis Lazuli, and Dendritic Agate. They can assist in authentic self-expression, protection from EMF, and ensure safe travel.
Mercury teaches us that words and thoughts have power. It encourages mindfulness in communication, the pursuit of knowledge, and the ability to see multiple perspectives. We can navigate life with greater awareness, ensuring that our thoughts and words align with our highest intentions!
