September 01, 2026
The month of September is a quiet shift in the year from the vibrancy of summer to the more reflective season of autumn. Typically, the Autumn Equinox is a time of harvest, gratitude, and integration. We are invited in this space to reflect on what we have cultivated throughout the year. These can be obvious outward achievements but this is also an opportunity to consider inner growth as well. Stronger boundaries, deeper intuition, renewed confidence, or wisdom gained from challenges are accomplishments that may go unrecognized. We pulled a card from Rebecca Campbell's Work Your Light oracle card deck for inspiration and clarification on what lies ahead this month.

The Great Gathering
It's all coming together. Intuitive hits. Soul tribe.
You are being called to let your intuition move you physically. You are connected to a group of souls who are weaving a web around the planet, and as you travel and share your creations something is rethreaded. This card is an acknowledgment that you are either being called to connect with others who are like you at a soul level or that you already are......You are part of a group of souls who agreed to be here at this time in history to heal yourself, your ancestral line, and the planet.....It's time to call in your tribe by sharing your soul's voice and letting yourself be seen. When you share what is real and true to you, and you share the medicine that you most need, those who are like you will gather around you.

As the seasons begin to shift, you may feel called to take inventory of your inner and outer worlds. Are your relationships reflecting the person you are becoming? Are you surrounded by people who encourage your growth while allowing you to remain true to yourself? Balance is an important theme for September. Notice where you are seeking belonging by changing yourself to fit in, or whether you are allowing yourself to be authentically known. Empaths, on a subconscious level, tend to match the energy of the other people surrounding them in order to create harmony, feel accepted, or avoid discomfort. Notice when you adapt from a place of authentic connection and when you may be shifting away from your truth. True connection does not require you to diminish your light.
As you ponder this card, reflect on the following questions:
Where do I feel most accepted, inspired, and free to be my authentic self?
What part of myself is asking to be seen, expressed, or welcomed into a deeper sense of belonging?
What relationships or communities reflect the person I am becoming, and which ones no longer feel aligned with my journey?
Am I adapting my energy to create genuine connection, or am I changing myself in order to fit in?

Working with energetically aligned crystals and tools can be a source of support as you navigate throughout the month.
Crystals such as Pink Amethyst, Tourmaline in Quartz, Tanzanite, Dendritic Jade, and Bloodstone can facilitate heart opening, fostering deeper connections, and spiritual reflection.
Finding your community or soul tribe begins with becoming more deeply connected to your authentic self. Pay attention to places, experiences, and teachings that naturally light you up, and then seek out spaces where people share those same interests, values, and passions. Community circles, meditation groups, creative workshops, or wellness events are great places to begin having more meaningful conversations and relationships. Let your intuition guide you rather than trying to force a connection. Who or what leaves you feeling energized, understood, inspired, and open to be yourself?
Turning inward and listening beyond the noise of the external world can strengthen your intuition, mental clarity, and inner vision. Tarot and oracle cards, pendulums, and guided meditations can serve as mirrors, offer symbols and insights that help bring what is already within you into clearer awareness. With practice, you may begin to recognize the difference between the mental chatter and the quiet knowing of your intuition. Practice with these tools daily or as often as you are called to, to strengthen and sharpen your intuitive insights.
Soul reclamation is the gentle process of returning to the parts of yourself you may have disconnected from in order to belong, be accepted, protected, or to navigate the expectations of others or society. Through journaling, meditation, sound vibrational instruments (especially drums), or quiet reflection, invite those forgotten parts of yourself back into your awareness. For a deeper dive, consider a shamanic healing session to retrieve those core fragments.
As an empath, you can create deep compassion and understanding but it can also be easy to lose touch with your own center. Practice being present without absorbing, listening without carrying, and connecting without mirroring. Use your favorite grounding tools and set an intention before social situations that require a lot of your energy. Notice and observe when you begin to change your tone, personality, or energy to create harmony and to ease others comfort levels. Give yourself permission to pause and return to your own natural rhythm.
You may be pulled to step beyond what feels familiar and expand your spiritual toolkit. September may be the month to learn a new energy modality, deepen an existing practice, or explore a skill that has been quietly calling you. Taking that first step may feel uncomfortable, but growth often asks us to move beyond the edge of what we already know. If you find yourself procrastinating, pause and explore what may be underneath the resistance. Are you afraid of getting it wrong, stepping outside your comfort zone, being seen, or committing to a version of yourself that is ready to grow? Sometimes procrastination is not a lack of motivation but a signal that something within us needs attention before we move on.

I trust the wisdom of my soul, honor my authentic path, and welcome the people and connections that nurture my spiritual journey.
