Our Instagram Live Sales are a fun way to get a look at our beautiful inventory, view and purchase items in real time, learn about the history and properties of crystals, ask questions, and connect with our amazing community!
To join, follow us on Instagram (@angelicroots) and simply tap on the Angelic Roots logo profile pic during Live Sale hours then you’re in! We assign each item a letter and number—the number is the price of the item.

Guidelines & Rules
  • Claim items by commenting: LETTER+NUMBER (Price)
  • Please wait to claim an item until after it is announced.
  • Please limit “put backs” to once per sale.
  • If you haven’t shopped with us before, please DM your email address.
  • Invoices are sent the next morning via email and are due within 24 hours.
  • Shipping will be calculated by the weight of the package and your location. Free shipping is not offered for Live Sales, but local customers can arrange free in-store pickup at a checkout.
  • We typically offer several Live Sales per week and can hold your box for shipping until you're ready to ship. We will keep your box open for up to 30 days or when you ask us to ship it out.
  • If you have an open/held box, you may choose “Hold Open Box - Live Sale Combine Orders” as your shipping option.
  • When you are ready to have your box shipped, please pay for your preferred shipping method.
  • Please note, you will be invoiced a shipping balance once we send out your box after 30 days or if your box has exceeded any shipping charges you initially paid.
  • International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for items damaged, delayed, or lost due to customs.
  • There is a 10-15 second delay on the live feed so you may see comments come through before the video catches up. If you experience a lag, try exiting and reopening the app.
  • The first comment to claim on our screen gets the item. IG gives preference to your own account, so the order you see comments may be different from ours.
  • Occasionally your comments might not come through if IG thinks you’re a robot. Usually this is resolved by typing “unblock” or actively participating in the conversation—emojis help too!
  • Claiming an item during the Live Sale is a commitment to purchasing. It is helpful to jot down or screenshot your claims to keep track of your purchases. Please do not ask to see your claim again during the live, it really slows things down.
  • This is a fun, uplifting, and positive environment—thank you for supporting each other, it makes our hearts happy!
