Store Associate - PT
Part Time (15-20 hours/week), $10-$15/hour, based on experience
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and dependable individual with a positive, outgoing attitude to join our team as a part-time store associate! If you enjoy working with people and creating a warm, welcoming environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Primary responsibilities include:
• Greeting and assisting customers with care
• Operating the register and handling transactions
• Maintaining the retail space (cleaning, restocking, displays)
• Supporting inventory and restocking at both of our Oak Creek Market Place Village locations
• Additional tasks may include packing orders, jewelry making, processing inventory, and more.
We’re also looking for someone who may be interested in hosting live sale events on social media. While not required, this is a fun opportunity to engage with our online community and support the growth of our family business.
Requirements:
• Evening and weekend availability (minimum of 4 weekend shifts/month)
• Minimum age: 16 years old
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable working with technology
• This is an on-site position
