Growing up as a competitive gymnast, Shania developed a passion for fitness at a young age. She carried this enthusiasm into coaching gymnastics and teaching group fitness classes for several years in her hometown Oak Creek, Wisconsin. Throughout high school, she also consistently took Pilates classes and, overtime, noticed significant improvements in her overall well-being.
Realizing Pilates was something she wanted to pursue professionally, she decided to become a certified Pilates instructor through BODYBAR Pilates being well trained in reformer, mat, tower, and chair. Shania is honored to be a part of multiple studios teaching group Pilates classes and looks forward to bringing this passion to Angelic Roots.
