Ingredients: Sweet Orange (Citrus sinesis), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum L.) Bergamot (Citrus bergamia), Lavender (Lavandula officinalis), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii), Clear Quartz Crystal

Add 3-9 drops to your diffuser or apply topically with a carrier oil.  Avoid sunlight after applying. Massage in your heart space to set the tone for a calm day, use when setting intentions during New Moon energy, or whenever you are in transition or working through change.
