There’s something powerful about putting pen to paper. Journaling isn’t just a habit—it’s a way to truly tune into yourself. It helps you slow down, clear your mind, and reconnect with what’s real and meaningful.
It’s where you can be honest, dream big, release what’s heavy, and remember what matters. Whether you're setting intentions, processing emotions, or simply carving out space to reflect, your journal becomes a trusted container—one that’s just for you.

In a busy, noisy world, it’s easy to lose touch with your inner voice. Journaling invites you to pause, breathe, and listen deeply.
It’s a space where you can:
You don’t have to be “a writer.” You just have to show up for yourself. Don’t overthink it—just put pen to paper and let your thoughts flow onto the page.
Whether you're navigating a transition, craving more joy, or simply needing a reset, here are some prompts to guide you:

When You’re Moving Through Change

When You’re Craving Peace

When You Want to Tap into Intuition

When You’re Calling in Joy

When You’re in a Reflective Mood
Journaling doesn’t have to look a certain way. There’s no right or wrong—just you, your thoughts, and the page. Let it be a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether it’s early morning with a warm cup of tea, or late at night when everything’s quiet—writing can help you feel lighter, clearer, and more grounded in your truth.
Find a journal that feels like it’s yours. Carve out a few quiet minutes. And let whatever’s inside flow through. You might be surprised by what your inner voice has to say.

Uranus, the seventh planet from the Sun, governs innovation, awakening, and unconventional, forward-thinking thoughts and ideas. Uranus is named after the Greek sky god (Ouranos), the primordial god who personified the heavens. Understanding Uranus is an invitation to break free from outdated patterns and align with divine truth and higher consciousness. Uranus rules the zodiac sign Aquarius, ruling over visionaries, intellectuals, and humanitarians. It infuses it with a rebellious energy, making it a sign that defies norms and embraces change.

Uranus' symbol is a combination of the Sun and the spear of Mars, representing the light of the Sun and the power of Mars. Colors associated with this transformative planet are electric blue or violet which mirror its frequency of innovation, cosmic truth, and universal connection. Uranus is closely associated with the Air element, which embodies qualities of intellect and forward movement.
Awakening & Liberation
Uranus breaks through illusions, limiting beliefs, and social conditioning and moves you toward alignment with your soul's authentic path. It can push you out of your comfort zone and seemingly into chaos, but this forward movement is necessary for personal transformation.
Innovation & Intuition
It governs science, technology, and our innate intuition. It sharpens your connection to your Higher Self, making it powerful energy to connect with during meditation, energy healing sessions, or astral travel. It encourages technology as a spiritual tool, such as sound healing and biofeedback.
Divine Disruption
Uranus serves the purpose of higher order. It disrupts stagnation, forcing necessary changes that lead to spiritual and societal revolutions. When Uranus is active in your life, trust that it's leading you for your highest good.
Our favorite crystals to connect with its energy are Labradorite, Herkimer Diamonds, Amethyst, Blue Kyanite, and tektites such as Libyan Desert Glass or Agni Manitite.
Uranus removes illusion to reveal the truth. It calls on you to think freely, feel deeply, and live with authenticity. When you embrace its energy, you step into your power of a new reality-not just for yourself but for the collective!

Summer is the season of expansion, abundance, and fiery energy! This time of year invites us to connect with joy and radiate from our hearts. One way to align with this energy is through aromatherapy. Here are our favorite oils to connect into the energy of this season!
Bergamot helps shift emotional heaviness, such as grief and loneliness, to bring in optimism and positivity. It supports the alignment of your Solar Plexus chakra-your center of confidence and personal power. Diffuse in your personal space when in need of an emotional boost or apply with a carrier oil on your Solar Plexus, located in the upper abdomen, above your navel. (This oil is phototoxic.)
Grapefruit's bright, uplifting scent infuses your space with vitality. This oil can soothe mental fatigue and offer a quick emotional reset. Inhale directly from the bottle or diffuse in your work or study space for a boost of motivation. (This oil is phototoxic.)
Sweet Orange supports joy and opens our heart space. Use this oil in your diffuser first thing in the morning to set the tone for the day. It helps move stagnant energy in your home and infuses your space with optimism. (This oil is phototoxic.)
Lemongrass eases unfocused thoughts to bring in clarity and sharpens our inner vision. It is naturally protective and can provide an energetic reset into your home. Its bright, fresh scent is strong and can easily overpower blends, so use sparingly. Lemongrass can be irritating to skin so always dilute well with a carrier oil when applying. It can also be used (in combination with other essential oils) as a natural insect deterrent.
Summer is the season of growth, light, and joyful expansion—a time when nature is in full bloom and our energy naturally begins to rise. It's the perfect opportunity to connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you.
By working with essential oils that align with this vibrant energy you can enhance your spiritual connection and feel more aligned with the rhythm of the season. Whether you’re setting intentions under the sun, meditating in nature, or simply creating a refreshing summer ritual, these oils can help you tap into clarity, confidence, and the radiant light within
*A note about phototoxicity. Certain essential oils can cause skin irritation or burn when exposed to sunlight. It is recommended to avoid sun exposure for 12-24 hours after use.

You don’t need elaborate tools—just a candle, your breath, and a moment to be fully present with yourself. This is your sacred space for reconnecting, reflecting, and aligning with your highest intentions.
1. Set Your Space
Choose a quiet, comfortable spot where you won’t be disturbed. You may wish to include grounding or supportive elements like crystals, herbs, or calming music.
2. Clarify Your Intention
Before lighting the candle, gently bring your focus inward. Ask yourself:
What energy am I calling in? What do I need to release, heal, or align with?
Your intention might be a word (like “peace,” “clarity,” or “trust”) or a phrase (like “I allow myself to be fully present” or “I am open to guidance and love”).
Hold your intention in your heart for a few breaths, letting it settle in.
3. Choose Your Candle Intuitively
Take a moment to tune in and connect with your intention. Then, allow yourself to be guided toward a candle color or scent that feels aligned with the energy you wish to cultivate. Whether it’s a calming lavender for peace, a vibrant orange for creativity, or a grounding earthy tone for stability—trust your intuition to lead you to what you need most in this moment.
4. Light the Candle with Purpose
As you light the flame, speak your intention aloud or silently. Example:
“I light this candle as a symbol of clarity, presence, and peace. May this flame carry my intention with love and purpose.”
Let the flame be a gentle reminder of the light within you.

Best For:
Snuffing Out and Relighting
Symbolism: You’re nurturing an intention over time—like tending a flame. Each relighting renews your focus.
Best For:
If you snuff your candle, do so intentionally and mentally or verbally affirm that your intention remains active.

Saturn, the sixth planet from the Sun, governs time, discipline, and structure. Known as "Lord of Karma", it is often associated with challenges and restrictions but it is ultimately a benevolent force-one that shapes us through perseverance and maturity. Saturn is named for the Roman god Saturn and is associated with the Greek god Cronus, the Hindu god Shani, and the Norse god Njörður. These gods embody the dual essence of Saturn: creation through limitation and freedom through discipline. Saturn governs the signs Capricorn and Aquarius, ruling over ambition and independence.
Saturn's symbol is a stylized representation of the scythe and symbolizes the cyclical nature of time and the openness of Spirit. Saturn resonates with the colors dark blue and black and the elements of Air and Earth.

Karma & Life Lessons
Saturn brings forth karmic debts and lessons in the manner of challenges, restrictions, and difficult experiences. These life lessons help us on our journey of personal and spiritual growth.
Endurance & Resilience
Saturn teaches us through experience and endurance. We learn to face our fears and life choices. This is essential for transformation as we overcome our own personal challenges.
Structure & Order
Saturn reminds us of the importance of personal and emotional boundaries within our relationships. It helps us to cultivate self-discipline so we can grow and evolve.
Spiritual Grounding
Saturn's energy anchors in our Root chakra, offering us resilience and strength. It affirms us with integrity and integrates life lessons for our personal evolution.
Saturn's Return
Astrologically speaking, every twenty nine and a half years, we experience our Saturn's Return. This is a major time of deep transformation, where old patterns fall away, and we are pushed along to realign on our true path.
Our favorite crystals to work with Saturn's energy are Moldavite, Smoky Quartz, Obsidian, Hematite, and Tanzanite. Their energy helps us to ground and protect, expands our awareness, and brings forth powerful transformation.
Saturn calls upon us to live our lives with integrity and responsibility. It helps us to transform into the best version of ourselves through life lessons and self-discipline. By understanding its energy, we honor our past, present, and future!

There’s something deeply special about connecting with the Earth—especially when you're surrounded by the crystal energy and the quiet wisdom of Mother Nature. Our recent adventure to the historic Herkimer County area in New York was nothing short of magical, as we set out to mine for the beautiful and powerful Herkimer Diamonds.

We began our trip the way we always do: by setting intentions with a crystal grid. Grounding ourselves in clarity and purpose allowed us to align with the energy of the land and stay present and protected throughout our journey.

At each mine we visited, we paused to honor the Earth, offering gratitude to Mother Earth through crystal and herb offerings, Reiki energy, and heartfelt intention. These meaningful rituals helped us stay connected—not just to the crystals we hoped to find, but to the spirit of the land and to ourselves.

Our favorite location was Diamond Mountain Mining, where we returned three times! This incredible site offers nearly 180 acres of land to explore, with active excavations happening regularly. The care and reverence they show for the land is felt the moment you step foot on the property. Their stewardship is truly inspiring, and we were so grateful to spend time in a space filled with such intention and respect for the Earth.

Mining Herkimers isn’t easy—it’s a labor of love. These crystals formed in dolly limestone vugs—natural pockets within the rock. To find these naturally double-terminated beauties, you must break into the rock wall and search for dirt and sand-filled cavities, sometimes chiseling and hammering for hours—power tools aren’t allowed in the mines. One of the best signs that you’re close to a pocket is spotting black anthroxolite—a clue that you're on the right path to finding a crystal! Also, antlers made incredible digging and shifting tools!

As tough as the work was, it was absolutely worth it. There's nothing like the moment you reach into a pocket and feel the smooth face of a Herkimer, pulling it from the Earth for the first time after 500 million years. We unearthed the tiniest little babies all the way up to palm-sized showpieces—each one uniquely beautiful and energetically special.

The landscape itself was stunning, with rolling hills that reminded us of home in Wisconsin, yet with its own distinct energy and charm. From tuning into the energy of the Herkimer Diamonds, to offering Reiki to the land, to the pure joy of cracking open crystal-filled pockets, every moment was a gift. This trip wasn’t just about mining—it was about connection. Connection to Earth, to spirit, to intention, and to each other.

We are incredibly grateful for this experience and honored to share it with you. If you're curious about what the journey looked like, be sure to check out our Instagram and tap our Herkimer Mining highlight for more behind-the-scenes!

Here are some powerful reflection questions to consider for the Summer Solstice.

Sunstone is more than just a beautiful crystal-its vibrant, joyful energy infuses us with optimism and warmth! It embodies the spirit of the Sun, beaming with guidance, growth, and light. Like sunlight filtering through the clouds, it can lift heavy emotional states and help to connect you with positivity. Its natural ability to transmute negative energy can help you feel spiritually and emotionally lighter and more aligned. Sunstone offers relief during seasonal cloudy and winter days when we lack sunlight.

Sunstone can help clear and align both the Sacral Chakra and Solar Plexus Chakras. It reminds us that we are the source of our own Light and strength and helps increase our willpower and confidence. Sunstone can used when working toward challenging goals or during personal transformation. Its gentle energy ignites the fire within us by promoting self-empowerment and motivation.

Sunstone naturally protects us from excessive worry and negative thoughts. It can also cleanse our aura, especially when we've encountered negative or toxic situations. Wearing Sunstone jewelry or carrying a worry stone in your pocket helps to keep your emotional state centered and offers stability.
Sunstone is a spiritual ally for those stepping into a new chapter, reclaiming joy and playfulness, and or simply seeking more Light into your life. It serves as a reminder that the Sun always rises!

As the center of our solar system, the Sun is often associated with divine consciousness, personal power, and the radiant energy that fuels all existence.
In many traditions the Sun is seen as masculine (corresponding with the Moon as female). Gods associated with the sun include the Egyptian god Ra-creator the Universe and ruler of the sky, the Greek/Roman god Apollo-bringer of truth and enlightenment, the Hindu god Surya-life-giver, and the Incan god Inti-the giver of warmth, light, and prosperity. In some traditions the Sun is represented by a goddess such as Söl in Norse mythology.
The Sun is associated with the Solar Plexus Chakra, which governs our confidence and willpower. Fire, one of the four classical elements of nature, is a symbol of willpower, creativity, and purification. It is both destroyer and creator, representing the sacred flame within us that drives us to awaken and evolve. When we are in rhythm with its energy, we can alchemize personal transformation, enhance our passions, and reaffirm our vitality. It represents our divine spark that fuels creation and ambition and gives birth to desire and courage. Fire has been used for centuries in releasing and spiritual ceremonies for purification, to honor the Sun, and to ward off darkness.
In astrology, the Fire element rules the signs Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius. People born under these signs are believed to embody traits of confidence, passion, and leadership qualities.

Our Solar Plexus Chakra is connected with the Fire element. It governs our willpower, confidence, and motivation. When it is aligned we cultivate an authentic life and are in control of our choices.
Archangels Michael and Uriel are closely associated with the Fire element. Archangel Michael is often depicted with a flaming sword representing purification and protection from low lying energies. Call upon them when in need of motivation, courage, and to illuminate our inner divine spark.

Our favorite crystals to work with the Fire element are Carnelian, Sunstone, Garnet, Citrine, and Hematoid Fire Quartz. They remind us that we are in control of our emotions and willpower, help to align our Solar Plexus Chakra, and ignite our passions.
To tap into the energy of Fire, you can engage in activities to promote clarity and self-confidence such as Yoga poses (Boat and Chair pose), a fire ceremony or light candles for releasing, practice Breath of Fire Breathwork, or a walking Meditation.
Fire is the element of transmutation. It reminds us of the divine spark within us all and empowers us along our spiritual journey!
