How to Work with Number 4

The vibration of 4 appears when we are being guided to create stability, strengthen our boundaries, and to support our spiritual growth. When it appears repeatedly, (time, dates, numbers on receipts, dreams, etc) it is signaling a time to focus on building strong foundations in our spiritual practice. When you work with this number in intention setting, planning, or by noticing its patterns in your life, its frequency teaches us patience, persistence, and devotion to our path.

• Root Chakra The number 4 strongly aligns with this chakra and when this number shows up, it is a reminder to ground and protect our energy and establish healthy boundaries and routines.
• Crystals Certain crystals resonate with this stabilizing and grounding frequency. Our favorites are Hematite, Red Jasper, Smoky Quartz, Black Tourmaline, and Mookaite. 
• Four Directions Invoke or call in the four directions as a way of anchoring energy and creating protection in times of need.
• Grid Your Space Place crystals or natural elements in the four corners of your home, sacred space, or altar for protection and a smooth flow of energy.
• Breathwork Try a simple Box Breath for relaxation and to ground your energy. For four counts each: inhale breath, hold breath, exhale breath, hold breath, and repeat.
• Crystal Grids Write the Number 4 on a piece of paper and place under the center point of a crystal grid to create the foundation for your intentions. Anchor the energy of your grid with crystals at each of the four corners.
