Water, one of the fundamental elements in many ancient philosophies and practices, holds a significant place in the realm of natural elements. It is associated with qualities such as emotions, intuition, healing, and purification. In ancient Greek philosophy, Water was connected and shaped by the Gods and Goddesses. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Water element is associated with the kidney and bladder, the winter season, and symbolizes flexibility and emotional resilience.
In astrology the Water signs, (Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces) are known to be emotional, empathic, and loyal. People born under these signs are believed to highly intuitive, nurturing, and sentimental.
The Water element is connected with the Sacral Chakra. This energy center located in the lower abdominal area, is related to freedom, creativity, flexibility, and joy. When our Sacral Chakra is aligned and balanced we can tap deep into the collective consciousness and express ourselves with creativity, desire, and innovation.
Archangel Gabriel, the "messenger", is closely associated with the Water element. He can be called upon for healing childhood traumas and for messages of hope and inspiration.
Crystals that vibrate with the Water element are Ocean Jasper, Celestite, Amethyst, Peach Moonstone, and Fluorite. They offer the ability to remove energetic blockages and help to circulate our life force energy throughout our chakras.
To tap into the energy of the Water element, you can engage in activities that promote creativity, heightened intuition, and compassion toward others such as Meditation, Yoga poses such as Cobblers Pose or Pigeon Pose, Breathwork, connecting with bodies of water in nature, and taking regular salt baths can help support the balance of this element. Also, ensure you are drinking clean water and your body is properly hydrated.
There are several sacred sites across the world where Water is revered, honored, and used in spiritual practices and ceremonies. Places such as the Ganges River in India, the Cenotes of Mexico, the Chalice Well of Glastonbury, Lake Titicaca of South America, and so many springs, waterfalls, lakes, and other bodies of water that have held deep spiritual significance throughout the centuries. In "The Healing Waters Oracle", Rebecca Campbell notes "All healers know that healing is a return to wholeness, so do the world's healing water sites attract us because in seeing their waters as sacred, we're really seeing ourselves as sacred, since we're largely made up of water." Using this card deck in your daily spiritual practice can help further your connection with the Water element and cultivate a sense of balance and harmony.
By understanding the properties and symbolism of the Water element, we can gain a deeper appreciation for its role in our lives and the world around us. Water is a constant reminder of the invisible forces that shape our existence and subconscious thoughts!

The Third Eye Chakra is the sixth chakra of our energy centers, located in the center of the forehead, between the eyebrows. It is associated with our innate intuition, (otherwise known as our "sixth sense"), our imagination, and our ability to visualize abstract and expansive concepts and ideas.
What is the Third Eye Chakra?
The Third Eye Chakra is known as Ajna Chakra in Sanskit. It resonates with the color indigo, the element of light, and the musical note "A". Its symbol is a two petaled lotus flower with a downward facing triangle and the mantra Om in the center. The sacred sound Om is said to balance and align the Third Eye Chakra. The upside down triangle represents a downward flow of energy and wisdom from higher states of consciousness to our own inner wisdom. The two petaled lotus flower on either side is symbolic of the duality and balance of the conscious and unconscious mind.
How to Balance Your Third Eye Chakra
An imbalance of the Third Eye Chakra can manifest in lack of clarity and focus, close mindedness, indecisiveness, self-limiting beliefs, and feeling stuck or uninspired. Opening your Third Eye will strengthen your intuition, motivation, and expand your ability to visualize your dreams and desires. There are several ways to balance your Third Eye Chakra and unlock its full potential. Yoga poses such as Child's Pose, Eagle Pose, and Downward Dog focus attention and energy to the Third Eye. Chanting "Om" during meditation can facilitate your connection to the Universal Life Force energy. Working with crystals such as Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, Labradorite, or Iolite can gently cleanse and stimulate this energy center.
Using aromatherapy such as essential oils either by diffusing in your space or applying to your Third Eye Chakra can create flow. Pink Grapefruit, Clary Sage, Frankincense, Patchouli, Mugwort, and Nutmeg essential oils are all great choices for working with imbalance by enhancing your dreams and imagination and helping to connect you to a higher source.
Archangel Haniel is strongly associated with our intuition and bringing joy in our lives. Calling upon her during meditation can offer messages of inspiration and help you to connect with your Higher Self.
A Reiki session is another great way to bring your Third Eye Chakra into balance. Reiki practitioners are able to assess the Third Eye Chakra for imbalances and make recommendations to maintain its integrity.
When you have a greater understanding of the Third Eye Chakra, you can unlock new levels of consciousness and experience profound transformation in your life. Maintain a healthy flow of energy in your Third Eye Chakra with regular self-care and devotion to the alignment of your body, mind, and spirit. Embrace the power of the Third Eye Chakra and watch as your life transforms before your eyes!

The Tree of Life is a powerful symbol that transcends cultures and religions, representing the interconnectedness of all life on Earth. This ancient and universal symbol reminds us of our inner power, our ability to positively affect the lives of others, and of our connection to Mother Earth.
In different cultures the Tree of Life symbolizes different aspects of existence. In Norse mythology, it is known as Yggdrasil, the cosmic tree that spans across all nine worlds. In Celtic culture, it represents the connection between the physical and the spiritual worlds and the cycles of life and death. In Buddhism, the Bodhi tree, a sacred fig tree, symbolizes enlightenment.
The Tree of Life is believed to bring balance, harmony, and wisdom to those who connect with its energy. It is said to promote growth, strength, and resilience, much like a tree that withstands the changing seasons.

Essential oils are oils extracted from plants and their parts, such as wood, leaves, grasses, roots, and flowers. They can be used in aromatherapy, diffused, or applied to your skin. Some oils that resonate and capture the essence of the connectivity of trees are Fir Needle (needles), Cedarwood (wood), White Pine (needles), and Tea Tree (leaves).
The Tree of Life can align and support positive energy flow to our Root Chakra. When our Root Chakra is not aligned and not balanced, we may experience feelings of nervousness, fear, lack of motivation, and disconnected.
Crystals that are often associated with the Tree of Life symbol include Petrified Wood, Amber, and Moss Agate. They resonate with strength, honor our connection to Mother Earth, and bring balance into our lives.
The symbolism of the Tree of Life remains a powerful reminder of the interconnectedness of all living beings and the cyclical nature of existence. Embrace the wisdom and energy of the Tree of Life to cultivate growth, balance, and spiritual enlightenment in your life!

Air, one of the four classical elements of nature, holds a significant place in various belief systems and philosophies. It is associated with qualities such as movement, communication, and intelligence. In ancient Greek philosophy, Air was connected to the concept of spirit and the life force that animates living beings. In Eastern traditions like Hinduism and Buddhism, Air represents the breath of life and the vital energy known as prana. It is linked to the mind, intellect, and the realm of ideas. In terms of physical properties, Air is characterized by its ability to expand and contract, filling any space it occupies.
In astrology, the Air signs (Gemini, Libra, and Aquarius) are associated with intellectual pursuits, communication, and social stimulation. People born under these signs are believed to possess qualities like adaptability, curiosity, and a strong sense of justice.

The Air element is connected with the Heart Chakra. The chest and heart space is where life force energy circulates. When our Heart Chakra is aligned and we are connected to the Air element, our actions and words come from a place of compassion, joy, and empathy.
Archangel Raphael, the angel of "healing", is closely tied to the Heart Chakra and the Air element. He can be called upon for healing of the body, mind, and spirit.
Crystals that vibrate with the Air element are Clear Quartz, Sodalite, Amethyst, and Turquoise. They offer the ability to remove energetic blockages and help to circulate our life force energy throughout our chakras.
To tap into the energy of the Air element, you can engage in activities that promote mental clarity, creativity, and open communication such as Meditation, Yoga poses such as Cobra or Dancer, and Breathwork can help cultivate a sense of lightness and freedom associated with Air.
By understanding the properties and symbolism of the Air element, we can gain a deeper appreciation for its role in our lives and the world around us. Air is a constant reminder of the invisible forces that shape our existence!

The Sacral Chakra, the second chakra in our body's energy system, is located in the lower abdomen a few fingers below the belly button. It is responsible for our emotions, creativity, and sensuality. Often seen as the color orange, it is also associated with the water element and represented by a six petal lotus flower. The Sanskrit name is "Svadhisthana", which translates to "where your Being is established".
When our Sacral Chakra is balanced, we are in harmony with our emotional well-being and nurture healthy relationships with ourselves and others. We can tap deep into the collective consciousness and express ourselves with creativity, desire, and innovation. Our ability to make changes or change our course is fluid and flawless. We are able to balance our home and work lives and find ourselves on course with our true soul purpose.
Imbalances in the Sacral Chakra can often manifest as feelings of guilt, emotional overload, a lack of creativity, or feelings of being "stuck". We may find difficulty expressing our true desires and feel as thought we've lost our way. Feelings of jealousy and envy may sabotage our relationships and create undesirable working and home environments.
There are some crystals that can be powerful tools for balancing and activating the Sacral Chakra. Here are some of our favorites for working with this chakra.
There are other techniques to find balance and unblock the Sacral Chakra. Try incorporating yoga poses such Pigeon, Bridge, and Happy Baby to encourage the flow of energy. Essential oils such as Ylang Ylang, Clary Sage, Sweet Orange, and Patchouli help released repressed emotions and purify your energy. Use them in a bath along with bath salts or diffuse in your space. Incorporate a Reiki session or a Breakthwork meditation into your regular self-care routine. Boost your creativity with art, writing, designing, or anything that you find taps into your creative muse. Spending time outdoors immersed in nature can not only ground you but renew your desire for discovery and spark your imagination.
Keeping our Sacral Chakra balanced and flowing enhances our creativity, emotional well-being, and overall vitality. When we're in true harmony with our inner passion and desires our capacity for innovation and transformation are limitless!

Archangel Uriel is the angel of wisdom and light, bringing knowledge and insight to those who seek it. His name can be translated to "God's Light". He is the bringer of the Light to others and is a guiding force in the darkness. Tuning into his energy will help bring clarity to challenging situations and help individuals on their search for the truth. Entrepreneurs, energy modality practitioners, social workers, and mental health practitioners would benefit from his guidance and uplifting energy or anyone who is in the process of making important decisions, problem solving, or wants to gain a deeper understanding of spiritual truths.
Archangel Uriel is associated with the Earth element, the color red, the number 122, and the "north". If you find yourself drawn to the color red or repeatedly see the numbers 122, he may be trying to connect with your energy! He can help balance and activate our Solar Plexus Chakra by connecting into his Light and releasing fear, self-defeating patterns, and anger.
Working with certain crystals and Archangel Uriel can help bring enlightenment and divine wisdom. Using Ruby, Rutilated Quartz, Obsidian, Citrine, and Lapis Lazuli with the intention of connecting into his Light can foster a sense of peace, harmony, and a deep spiritual connection.
The presence of Archangel Uriel can gently guide you on the right path towards spiritual growth and enlightenment. He can help you connect with your higher self, align with your purpose, and overcome obstacles that stand in the way of your personal development.

"Archangel Uriel, bringer of light,
Thank you for inspiring me so I can share my gifts, talents, and self with the world.
I allow your light to shine over me as I connect with my inner voice and power source to feel inspired and creative.
I am bathed in the light of God.
Thank you for showing it to me!
And so it is!"

If you're experiencing feelings of hopelessness, nervousness, fear, anger, or insecurity, grounding or earthing may help balance and center your emotions. Intentionally moving your energetic field into a state of stability and strength can improve sleep quality, increase feelings of happiness, contentment, and optimism, and reduce stress. Grounding can also decrease cortisol levels which can positively affect your overall physical and emotional health. Here are some of our favorite ways to ground and center.

Meditation and Breathwork
Meditating even a short time each day (15 minutes or less) can cultivate an inner peace and a sense of awareness. Our favorite tool for guided meditations is the Insight Timer app. It's free, easy to use, and has a diverse variety of options. Breathwork is consciously altering your breathing pattern in a state of meditation to produce a positive physical, emotional, and energetic state.

Spending Time in Nature
The closest way to commune with Mother Earth and her natural rhythms is to spend time outside immersed in forests, trees, parks, or prairies. Activities such as hiking, swimming, gardening, and connecting to the ground in bare feet, can help you sync up with the Earth's heartbeat. Perform these activities with intentions for grounding and releasing of unwanted energy and give gratitude to Mother Earth for her unwavering support!
Essential Oils
We love to incorporate essential oils into our daily lives for grounding and centering. You can diffuse them in your space or apply them to pulse points or to the bottom of your feet. The most effective grounding oils are those derived from roots, rhizome or trees. For example Vetiver, Spikenard, Cedarwood, Sandalwood, and our own blend, Rooted.
Work with Crystals
Crystals can support and align you through the day. Our favorite grounding crystals are Black Tourmaline, Obsidian, Tiger Eye, Smoky Quartz, and Jasper. They will help to keep you protected and secure. Carry them in your pockets, wear as jewelry, or place in strategic spots in your space to balance and center their energy. Because of their protective nature, they will need to be cleansed often by smudging, Selenite, or sound vibrational instruments.
Root Chakra
Sometimes we're not grounded because our Root Chakra is out of balance. When it is out of alignment, too open or blocked, you may feel unmotivated, anxious, fearful, angry, insecure, stuck, or exhausted. When the energy isn't flowing properly, you'll likely feel disconnected from the earth or emotions of stubbornness and greed may creep in. Feelings of insecurity and shame often stem from childhood or ancestral trauma and these manifest in blockages at the Root Chakra. There are tools to remove these blockages. See our blog post on the Root Chakra for more information.
Sound Healing
Sound vibrational instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls and drums can help move blockages and unwanted energy. To amplify the experience, try placing your feet in a large singing bowl while it's being played. You can also use these instruments in your daily meditation practice.
Reiki and Biomat
Reiki energy healing sessions improve the flow of energy through our chakras and can improve our over health. As stagnant energy is released and a health flow of energy returns to your body, you become grounded and centered. The biomat uses a combination of infra-red rays and Amethyst to soothe all body systems and leave you feeling refreshed and at peace.
Learning how to ground can be the key to finding balance and peace in your life. It can restore your energy levels, improve your focus and clarity of thought, and reduce inflammation. You may find yourself feeling more connected to the world around you, more in tune with your body's natural rhythms, and more at peace with the challenges life may bring!

What is the Throat Chakra?
The Throat Chakra also known as Vishuddha in Sanskrit, plays a crucial role in our ability to communicate effectively, express ourselves authentically, and our ability to truly listen. The Throat Chakra is the fifth chakra in the body's energy system, located at the base of the throat which governs our communication, self-expression, and ability to speak our truth. It resonates with the color blue, the Ether or space element, it's associated with the G note, and the mantra Ham. The symbol is a descending triangle in the middle of a circle surrounded by sixteen petals of the lotus flower. When the Throat Chakra is balanced, we can articulate our thoughts clearly, listen attentively, and express ourselves with confidence.
How to Balance Your Throat Chakra
An imbalance in the Throat Chakra can manifest in various ways, such as difficulty expressing yourself, fear of speaking up, or feeling misunderstood. This can be caused by past trauma, societal influences and restrictions, past lives, or current living situations. Physical symptoms may include throat issues, neck pain, or thyroid problems. Or you may experience anxiety, low self-esteem, frustration, loss of control, stagnant, or feelings of depression.
There are several techniques to balance the Throat Chakra. Try incorporating Breathwork meditations and Reiki sessions into your self-care routine. Crystals we suggest to work with are Lapis Lazuli, Sodalite, Aquamarine, and Blue Kyanite. Blue crystals work best! Something as simple as using your vocal cords such as chanting or singing can help remove blockages. Speaking up for yourself or others who are vulnerable can stimulate and restore energy to the Throat Chakra. Yoga poses such as Cat/Cow, Lion's Pose, Cobra, or Fish Pose circulate energy to the Throat Chakra. Lavender and Frankincense essential oils have a calming effect on the body and in turn can encourage personal expression. Use in a diffuser blend in your work space or wear on pulse points when in need of support. Working with Archangel Gabriel, the angel of communication and transformation, can help remove blockages and restore integrity to your Throat Chakra.
Speak Your Truth
When the Throat Chakra is balanced, we experience improved communication skills, enhanced self-expression, and a greater sense of authenticity. We can speak our truth confidently, set boundaries, and connect with others on a deeper level. A balanced Throat Chakra empowers us to express ourselves with clarity and integrity.
Understanding and nurturing the Throat Chakra is essential for fostering healthy communication and self-expression. By incorporating practices that support the Throat Chakra into our daily routine, we can cultivate a greater sense of authenticity and connection in our interactions with others.

Kundalini energy is a powerful force that is often described as a dormant energy that lies coiled at the base of the spine, waiting to be awakened. It's been depicted as a coiled serpent at the base of the spine. It's also associated with the Divine Feminine, which is present in every body. When awakened, this energy is said to rise through the chakras, leading to spiritual enlightenment and a profound sense of awareness.
How Can Kundalini Energy be Awakened?
There are various practices and techniques that are believed to awaken Kundalini energy, such as basic yoga poses for beginners, meditation, breathwork, and energy healing sessions. These practices aim to purify the energy channels in the body, allowing the Kundalini energy to rise and activate the higher chakras. Activating Kundalini can be experienced as the following.
Kundalini energy is powerful and the awakening process should be done with an amount of caution. Be sure your physical body is supported and do not attempt awakening during a short term illness or a chronic condition that is not controlled or currently in treatment. Practicing a regular self-care routine and having access to wellness tools can help mitigate any challenges. Regular exercise, refraining from alcohol and other substances, fueling your body with nourishing organic unprocessed foods and staying well-hydrated are ways to keep your physical body supported during the process.
Working with crystals can open and stimulate Kundalini energy. We suggest Kundalini Citrine, Shiva Lingam, Serpentine, and Ruby Spinel. Garnet can be used to help control the energy. Certain crystal shapes can also tap into Kundalini energy such as mushrooms, flames, and shiva lingams.
Support your body, mind, and spirit with essential oils such as Lavender, Frankincense, Geranium, Peppermint, and Rosemary. Our Divine Feminine roller blend can also encourage and support you during the process.
Benefits of Kundalini Awakening
Those who have experienced a Kundalini awakening often report a heightened sense of awareness, spiritual growth, and a deeper connection to the Universe and Source. It is said to bring about a profound transformation in one's life, leading to a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment. The awakening of Kundalini energy is believed to unlock a person's full potential and lead to a state of bliss and enlightenment.
While the concept of Kundalini energy may seem esoteric to some, it has a long history in various spiritual traditions and is still practiced by many today. Exploring Kundalini energy can be a transformative journey towards greater self-awareness and well-being!

What is the Root Chakra?
The Root Chakra or Muladhara in Sanskrit (or "root of existence"), located at the base of the spine, is the first of the seven chakras in the energetic body. Its symbol is a lotus flower with four petals and is associated with the color red and the Earth element. It is the physical and energetic foundation in the body and responsible for keeping one grounded and feeling safe and secure.
How to Balance Your Root Chakra
When the Root Chakra is out of alignment, too open or blocked, you may feel unmotivated, anxious, fearful, angry, insecure, stuck, or exhausted. When the energy isn't flowing properly, you'll likely feel disconnected from the earth or emotions of stubbornness and greed may creep in. Feelings of insecurity and shame often stem from childhood or ancestral trauma and these manifest in blockages at the Root Chakra.
This "stuck" energy can be unblocked through a variety of methods and life style changes.
Maintain Your Foundation
The Root Chakra is like the foundation of a house. If all your energy is focused on maintaining the foundation, other areas of your life may become unbalanced. However, if your energy is concentrated in other areas without a strong base, you could begin to feel instability. Balancing the Root Chakra is essential for overall well-being and allows for the proper flow of energy to other chakras.
To keep the Root Chakra flowing requires work to dig deep. In order to rise, expand, and grow, those old patterns and behaviors need to be released. This type of work takes time and dedication but the reward is living a life of full potential. Understanding and balancing the Root Chakra is essential for creating a stable and secure foundation in your life, allowing for growth and development in other areas.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is one of your energy centers located above the navel, near the diaphragm. It governs your self-esteem, personal power, and your sense of purpose. Experiencing feelings of insecurity, indecisiveness, lack of motivation, and confidence can be an indication that this center is out of balance. When it is open and balanced, you'll feel confident, motivated, and in control of your life.
What is the Solar Plexus Chakra?
The Solar Plexus Chakra, also known as Manipura in Sanskrit (or the "city of jewels"), is the third chakra in the body's energy system located above the navel, in the upper abdomen. It resonates with the color yellow, the fire element, the E note, and the frequency of 528 Hz. Its symbol is a yellow ten petaled lotus flower with a downward-pointing triangle. The triangle represents the fire element and the transmission of receiving cosmic energy and sending it out into the world. The petals symbolize the unfolding of the Divine within you.
How to Balance Your Solar Plexus Chakra
If you find yourself in repetitive patterns of self-defeating thoughts, low motivation, difficulty with self-control, and in a loop of victim mentality, you may be experiencing an imbalance of your Solar Plexus Chakra. Sometimes past abuse and trauma, even ancestral or past life, can contribute to blockages. There are several ways to balance your Solar Plexus Chakra and unlock its full potential. Practicing yoga poses, such as Boat Pose and Warrior III, can help stimulate your core. Meditating or carrying/wearing crystals that vibrate with the frequency of this chakra can gently cleanse this energy center. Crystals we suggest are Citrine, Brucite, Tiger Eye, and Amber.
Using aromatherapy such as essential oils either by diffusing in your space or wearing on your pulse points can open up and create flow in your Solar Plexus Chakra. Bergamot, Cedarwood, Black Pepper, or Geranium essential oils are all great choices for working with imbalance.
Archangel Uriel is strongly aligned with this chakra and calling upon him during meditation can help you release from old patterns and fear. He brings messages of courage, peace, reminds you of your Divine connectedness, and the wisdom to realize your full potential.
A Reiki session is another great way to bring your Solar Plexus Chakra into balance. Reiki practitioners are able to assess the Solar Plexus Chakra for imbalances and make recommendations to maintain its integrity.
Step into Your Power
By taking the time to balance your Solar Plexus Chakra, you can tap into your personal power and nurture your self-confidence. Maintain a healthy flow of energy in your Solar Plexus Chakra with regular self-care, positive affirmations, and devotion to the alignment of your body, mind, and spirit. Embrace the energy and watch as your life transforms before your eyes!

Our home is our sacred space where we commune with friends and family and practice self-care. It's crucial to our health and interpersonal relationships to maintain a high vibration in our living spaces. Spring is an optimal time for a deep clean and a reset of energy in your home.
Start by decluttering or rearranging furniture to break up any stagnant energy. Cleanse with herb bundles or wood such as Sage or Palo Santo to clear out any heavy, dense energy. Set a simple intention, walk around the house moving the smoke into corners, along the walls, and closets. Playing sound vibrational instruments such as drums, singing bowls, and chimes after a smoke cleansing can quickly raise the vibration in your body as well as your space.

Keep the energy fresh and positive by placing cleansing Selenite above door jams and in rooms where you spend time watching programs, playing video games, and browsing social media. Incorporating Selenite lamps in your space is another way to promote serenity and anchor in an energetic shield. Other crystals to incorporate for a continuous flow of positive energy are Tourmaline, Black Kyanite, Golden Healer, Mica, Celestite, and any high vibrational Quartz.
Aromatherapy and the energetics of certain flowers, herbs, and plants can be utilized to balance and bring harmony into your space. We like to use Eucalyptus essential oil for its natural antimicrobial and antibacterial properties, and for its ability to break up stagnancy in the Solar Plexus Chakra. It dispels negative feelings and self-destructive thoughts so you can move into a space of emotional growth. Sweet Orange essential oil's bright aroma is emotionally uplifting, encourages optimism, and calms any tension in the home.
Our new Spring essential oil blend (Bergamot, Pink Grapefruit, and Ylang Ylang) is paired with the warming, earthy energy of Unakite to soften and freshen your space.
Our Favorite Way to Cleanse our Space
It's suggested that before cleansing a room you cleanse yourself first to clear your body, mind, and spirit of any negativity, stagnation, or energetic disturbances within or surrounding you. You can use Selenite to cleanse yourself by holding it in one hand at the top of your head and combing the crystal all the way down your body. Repeat this around your entire body until you feel the energy clear.

Clear your space of any clutter, open up windows, and curtains in each room to allow for clean air to enter. Take some deep breaths and start to form positive thoughts, prayers, or intentions that you will say while cleansing the room. These can be said out loud or silently. For example: "I cleanse this room and release any negative or stagnant energy that is no longer serving myself or my family. I ask that it be replaced with light and love.”
Light the tip of your sage torch or other smoke cleansing material. Once it’s lit, blow out the flame after a few seconds and allow it to smolder. (You do not want flame, just a light smoke coming from it.) Start in the lower level if you are in a home with multiple levels. Using the feather and smoke cleansing material move clockwise around the edge of each room waving the feather up and down the walls directing the smoke up into the corners of the room thinking or saying your positive thoughts and intentions. Ensure that the smoke gets into every corner and closet of each room.
Once your smoke cleansing is completed extinguish the sage by rubbing it in the abalone shell, container, earth, or placing the tip of it in some sand. The same stick can be used over and over until it burns down. Check out our Three Feathers Apothecary line and our selection of cleansing tools on our website!
