Rooted Oil Blend

Rooted is our soothing grounding blend! When we're connected to Earth's natural rhythm and heartbeat, we restore balance to our body, mind, and spirit. We have clarity of mind, maintain emotional composure through difficult feelings, and our life force energy remains intact. Grounding oils can also balance our Root Chakra. If you're experiencing feelings of anxiety, fearfulness, or insecurity, your Root Chakra may be out of alignment.

Ingredients: White Pine (Pinus strobus), Vetiver (Vetiveria zizanioides), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii), Cedarwood (Juniperus virginiana), Palmarosa (Cymbopogon martinii), Smoky Quartz Crystal

Add 3-9 drops to your diffuser or apply topically with a carrier oil. Massage on your Root Chakra to set the tone for the day, use to feel balanced and centered, or whenever you are in need of peace and calm.
