We learned to read everyone else's emotional temperature before we'd checked in with our own. We built whole identities around showing up, and somewhere along the way, lost touch with ourselves.
This workshop invites you to begin anew. To lovingly reclaim yourself as sacred—worthy of compassion and care.
Through embodiment practices and rituals you can bring into your daily life, you'll learn how to center yourself within your life — honoring your feelings, your body, your inner world — not as an indulgence, but as the foundation everything else is built on. When you live from this grounded place, you discover that the clarity, wholeness, and freedom you've been searching for have been inside you all along. This is the work of self-love, and it changes everything.

Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued as requested.
