Shamanic Healing is a ceremonial and energetic practice that works with the connection between body, spirit, nature, and the unseen world. Through traditional practices, energy work, sound, and ritual, the session creates a sacred space for cleansing, restoration, grounding, and deeper connection with yourself.
Each 90-minute session is unique and unfolds according to what is present in the moment. Practices may include sacred smoke, drumming, sound, energetic cleansing, prayer, ritual, and connection with the elements and ancestral wisdom. The intention is not only to clear what feels heavy or stagnant, but to restore balance, strengthen your connection with your own energy, and create space for renewal.
Janet's approach has been shaped by years of study and direct experience with ancestral and ceremonial teachings from Mexico, Guatemala, and Chile, including Mexica, Toltec, Mayan, and Mapuche traditions.
Janet's approach to this work has been shaped through study, ceremony, and direct learning with teachers and wisdom keepers from different ancestral traditions throughout Latin America.
Janet's studies and experiences include Mexica, Toltec, Mayan, and Mapuche traditions, with teachings received from Abuela Totlalnanzin (Patricia Guerra) and Abuela Lolita Vargas of Mexico, Taita Mendoza of Lava Love Cacao in Guatemala, and Machi María of Chile.
Janet holds these teachings with deep respect for the people, cultures, lands, and traditions from which they come, while allowing them to inform a practice that continues to evolve through her own journey and experience.
Janet Mendoza is a Medicine Woman, Certified Family Constellations Practitioner, and Holistic Healing Practitioner specializing in ancestral, systemic, and soul-centered healing. Her work supports people in exploring the deeper roots of the patterns and experiences shaping their lives.
Her approach brings together ancestral wisdom, systemic work, energy healing, and intuitive practices to work with the body, mind, spirit, and soul. Through private sessions, workshops, and circles, Janet creates intentional spaces to bring awareness to what is ready to be seen, honor what came before, transform what no longer needs to be carried, and reconnect with the wisdom and resources within.
At the heart of Janet’s work is a simple belief: the medicine has always been within you. Her purpose is not to give you the answers, but to guide you inward, helping you remember who you are, honor where you come from, and move forward with greater awareness, freedom, and intention.

Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued upon request.
