The total investment for this experience is $145, and the $95 deposit is to reserve your space. Please bring the remaining $50 balance in cash at the time of the event and pay it directly to Mr. Charging Crow.
Join Djuro and special guest Lakota elder Mr. Charging Crow for an afternoon workshop to create your own fetish carving pendant necklace. Mr. Charging Crow is a traditional Lakota carver, and you will learn the meaning of the fetish to the Sioux Nation and how to tap into the energy of the stone to determine which animal to carve. The workshop will begin with ceremony and song to connect you with your spirit guides. As you begin carving, the first layer of the stone's surface is removed and the animal Spirit’s natural form is revealed. You'll be guided through his traditional practices to complete your own fetish carving pendant. Once the pendant is complete you'll have the opportunity to design your necklace with crystal beads and a clasp. All tools, supplies, materials, and light snacks provided. No experience necessary. Class is limited to 14 participants.

Location: Angelic Roots, 8659 S Market Pl, Oak Creek, WI 53154 (We have 2 locations in the Oak Creek Market Place Village, this is at the South End location.)(Event will be held outdoors so please dress accordingly. In the event there is inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors to our classroom space at our 8612 storefront.)
Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued upon request.
