Sometimes, despite years of personal growth, therapy, healing work, or conscious effort, certain patterns continue to repeat themselves. This may show up as recurring fears, relationship challenges, emotional burdens, unexplained blockages, physical sensations, or a persistent feeling that something remains unresolved. Through the Past Life Constellation process, these deeper influences can be brought into awareness, creating space for understanding, healing, and transformation.
During each session, approximately 4–5 personal themes or constellations are selected to be explored within the group. Themes may relate to relationships, fears, emotional patterns, abundance, physical symptoms, spiritual awakening, repetitive cycles, karmic connections, or experiences that feel deeply rooted without a clear explanation in this lifetime.
Participants may experience the workshop in different ways:
• Theme Holder – Bringing a personal theme, challenge, or intention to be explored through a Past Life Constellation.
• Representative – Participating within the constellation field and representing aspects of another person's process.
• Observer – Witnessing the process and holding presence for the work unfolding within the group.
Each role offers the opportunity for insight, awareness, and healing. Even when not receiving a personal constellation, participants often recognize aspects of their own journey within another person's process and experience meaningful shifts through representation and observation.
A Past Life Constellation Group Session may support themes related to:
• Repetitive emotional or relationship patterns
• Unexplained fears or phobias
• Deep emotional heaviness or grief
• Karmic relationships
• Self-worth and identity
• Eating disorders and unhealthy relationships with food
• Abundance and prosperity blockages
• Career and financial limitations
• Physical or emotional sensations without a clear origin
• Spiritual awakening and soul remembrance
• Feelings of disconnection, stagnation, or recurring energetic patterns
Each Past Life Constellation Group Session is held with compassion, respect, and care, creating a safe and supportive space where healing can unfold within the collective field.
Theme: Breaking Free from Repeating Patterns
Sometimes challenges, fears, or recurring relationship dynamics seem to have roots beyond our current life experiences. This workshop explores soul-level patterns, karmic connections, and unresolved experiences that may be influencing your present-day life. Through the constellation process, participants gain insight, healing, and the opportunity to release patterns that no longer serve their journey.
Included in Your Experience
To support a comfortable and nourishing experience, complimentary coffee, tea, herbal infusions, water, fresh fruit, and light snacks will be available throughout the workshop.
We will also take a 30-minute break midway through the session to rest, reflect, enjoy refreshments, and connect with others before continuing the work.
If you have specific dietary needs or prefer additional snacks, you are welcome to bring anything that will help you feel comfortable and nourished throughout the day. You are also warmly invited to bring something to share with the group if you feel called to do so.
For energetic and physical preparation, participants are encouraged to eat light throughout the day and fast for 2–3 hours before the workshop begins.
Please wear comfortable clothing and arrive grounded, present, and open to the process and shared therapeutic space being held.
No previous experience with Past Life Constellations is necessary.

Janet Mendoza is a Medicine Woman, Family Constellation Facilitator, and Holistic Healing Practitioner committed to helping people heal, transform, and reconnect with themselves, their inner wisdom, and their soul's journey.
Her work is rooted in ancestral healing and the understanding that many of the challenges, patterns, and emotional burdens we carry do not always begin with us. Some may be connected to our family system, inherited experiences, or unresolved dynamics carried through generations. Others may have deeper roots connected to the journey of the soul.
Through a unique combination of Family Constellations, Past Life Constellations, Energy Healing, Akashic Records, ancestral healing practices, shamanic traditions, ritual work, and intuitive guidance, Janet helps people explore the deeper origins of what they are experiencing while creating space for healing, understanding, and meaningful transformation.
Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics, grief, emotional patterns, life transitions, self-worth, abundance, purpose, spiritual awakening, or simply feeling called to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, Janet offers a compassionate and supportive space to explore what is ready to be seen, understood, healed, and transformed.
Her path began in 2016 through Reiki and has since evolved through years of study, ceremony, mentorship, and personal practice with teachers and elders connected to the Mexica, Mayan, Toltec, and Mapuche traditions. She is trained in both Family Constellations and Past Life Constellations and has facilitated healing circles, ceremonies, workshops, retreats, and private sessions for people from diverse backgrounds and different parts of the world.
At the heart of Janet's work is the belief that healing is not only about releasing what no longer serves us. It is also about remembering who we are, where we come from, and the wisdom that lives within us. Through this process, we reconnect with our roots, our inner guidance, and our innate capacity to create greater harmony, balance, healing, and transformation in our lives.
