Some relationships feel deeper than we can explain. We may feel an immediate connection with someone, find it difficult to let them go, or experience the same relationship patterns again and again, even when we consciously want something different.
Past Life Constellations offer a space to explore whether unresolved experiences, karmic relationships, soul patterns, or energetic imprints from other lifetimes may be influencing the way we experience love and connection today.
Through the Past Life Constellations method, this workshop invites you to bring awareness to these deeper dynamics and unfinished bonds. As what has been carried comes into view, we create space for understanding, resolution, and the possibility of relating with greater freedom in the present.
The workshop combines selected individual Past Life Constellations with representation and guided exercises for the entire group, all centered around karmic relationships, soul connections, and recurring relationship patterns.
Whether your personal theme is explored individually or you participate through representation, observation, or shared exercises, everyone has the opportunity to explore the relationships and patterns that may be asking for deeper understanding.
Complimentary coffee, tea, herbal infusions, water, fresh fruit, and light snacks will be available throughout the workshop.
A 30-minute break will be offered midway through the experience to rest, reflect, enjoy refreshments, and connect before continuing the work.
If you have specific dietary needs or would like additional snacks, you are welcome to bring your own.
DO I NEED TO BELIEVE IN PAST LIVES?
No. Past Life Constellations invite you to explore what emerges during the experience. Whether you understand it as symbolic, spiritual, intuitive, or connected to your soul’s journey, the focus is on helping you better understand what may be influencing your life today.
DOES THE PERSON I WANT TO EXPLORE NEED TO ATTEND?
No. The other person does not need to be present. You can explore a relationship or recurring pattern through the constellation process without their participation.
WILL I RECEIVE MY OWN PAST LIFE CONSTELLATION?
The workshop includes selected individual constellations, representation, observation, and guided exercises for the entire group. While not every participant will receive an individual constellation, everyone will have opportunities to actively participate and explore their own relationship patterns throughout the experience.
DO I NEED TO REMEMBER A PAST LIFE?
No. The process does not depend on consciously remembering or visualizing another lifetime. You only need to bring the relationship, connection, or recurring pattern you would like to explore.
Janet Mendoza is a Medicine Woman, Certified Family Constellations Practitioner, and Holistic Healing Practitioner specializing in ancestral, systemic, and soul-centered healing. Her work supports people in exploring the deeper roots of the patterns and experiences shaping their lives.
Her approach brings together ancestral wisdom, systemic work, energy healing, and intuitive practices to work with the body, mind, spirit, and soul. Through private sessions, workshops, and circles, Janet creates intentional spaces to bring awareness to what is ready to be seen, honor what came before, transform what no longer needs to be carried, and reconnect with the wisdom and resources within.
At the heart of Janet’s work is a simple belief: the medicine has always been within you. Her purpose is not to give you the answers, but to guide you inward, helping you remember who you are, honor where you come from, and move forward with greater awareness, freedom, and intention.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
