Nada Yoga, the "Yoga of Sound," is a meditative practice that uses sound and vibration to promote relaxation, mindfulness, and inner awareness. Rather than a movement-based practice, participants relax comfortably on a mat while immersing themselves in the sounds and vibrations of the instruments.
The intention of this sound meditation is to guide you into a deeply relaxed, dreamlike state between wakefulness and sleep, where conscious dreaming can occur. In this state, many people experience greater clarity, connect more deeply with their inner wisdom, and cultivate intentions for the path ahead. An additional benefit is support for nervous system regulation, helping to promote a lasting sense of calm and well-being.
Before the session, you will be invited to briefly share any goals, intentions, or areas of focus currently present in your life. Following the sound meditation, there will be an opportunity to reflect on your experience and discuss any insights that may relate to the intentions shared before the session.
Gathering limited to 14 participants. Please dress comfortably. Blankets and mats will be available. Doors close 5 minutes after start time and late entry is not permitted.
About Your Practitioner
Jordan Moon, of Structurally Sound, is a sonic alchemist, conscious energy movement teacher, visual artist, father, philosopher, and devoted eight-limbed yoga practitioner. He has been working with conscious energy movement and sound as therapeutic tools since 2014.
Through formal training in multiple energy healing modalities, sound and audio engineering, and a consistent practice of self-guided study and experimentation, Jordan has developed a unique and transformative approach to his work. He also works full-time in a public school, where he teaches mindfulness and emotional regulation practices to children.

Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued upon request.
