Joy in Bloom Workshop - Saturday, July 18 3pm-4:30pm

Joy may feel more natural to access at the peak of summer — when the sun is high, energy is abundant, and the fullness of life is hard to miss. This workshop is an invitation to deepen your relationship with that energy, and to discover how available it is to you, in every season. 

Through somatic movement and embodiment practices, you'll learn how to access, amplify, and sustain feelings of ease, aliveness, and joy — not just in milestone moments, but in the texture of your ordinary days. Come discover how to find your way back to joy, again and again.

Ashley Fisher of Ever You Coaching is a feminine embodiment coach and Reiki Master. Her coaching method is rooted in neuroscience, somatics, and intuitive coaching, also drawing from her own journey of learning profound lessons about self-care, compassion, forgiveness, and the transformative power of embodied living. Ashley believes that when we live and lead from a place of authenticity, we unleash our full potential to build a better world. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she lives with her husband and three children, Ashley offers coaching sessions and embodiment workshops designed to help others create lives that feel good to wake up to each morning.
