The good news is that we have the ability to consciously shift and transform the energy we hold within us. Energy transmutation is the intentional process of transforming emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual energy into a more constructive and positive state.
In Part 1: Basics of Transmuting Energy, Reanin will guide and demonstrate how intentional movement and visualization can be used to redirect energy in the body and shift thoughts and feelings into greater momentum and more supportive ways of being.
As an intuitive empath who works in mental health, Reanin has practiced transmuting energy regularly for more than two decades. This practice has supported her own mindset and wellbeing while navigating the heavy energies she encounters through her work and within the greater community.
Through this workshop, Reanin will share techniques she has learned to connect with the energy field, use movement and intention to influence the flow of personal energy, and amplify the way we radiate our energy outward.

Part 2: Moving Emotional Energies will also be offered as a separate workshop, building on these foundational techniques and exploring the movement and transformation of emotional energy.
We’ll have everything you need to create a comfortable, peaceful, and supportive experience. Gathering limited to 9 participants.
