The good news is that we have the ability to shift the energy we carry through transmutation, the conscious process of transforming emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual energy into a more constructive and positive state. Through intentional movement and visualization, it is possible to redirect energy in the body and shift thoughts and feelings into momentum that supports healthier ways of being.
As an intuitive empath working in mental health, I have practiced energy transmutation regularly for the past two decades. This practice has supported my mindset and well-being while navigating heavy energies from clients, as well as the collective energy of the greater community.
Through the Energy Transmutation Workshop, I will share techniques to help participants connect with their energy field, use movement and intention to influence the flow of personal energy, and strengthen their ability to radiate balanced energy outward. Feelings of stuck or stagnant energy can feel heavy, and through this process it may be possible to transform them into productivity, creativity, empowerment, and emotional resilience.
Please bring a journal for reflection, insights, and personal exercises during the workshop.

Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
