There are moments when we simply need to pause, step away from the demands of everyday life, and reconnect with ourselves, our hearts, and the people around us. We are not meant to walk this journey alone. We are meant to gather, share, celebrate, heal, and remember the power of community. A Cacao Circle is a heart-centered gathering created to cultivate connection, joy, reflection, presence, and community through the sacred tradition of ceremonial cacao.

For generations, ceremonial cacao has been honored within Indigenous traditions as a sacred plant ally that supports emotional openness, connection, grounding, and inner reflection. Shared in ceremony, cacao invites us to slow down, open the heart, and connect more deeply with ourselves and one another.

Each Cacao Circle is centered around a unique theme inspired by natural and energetic cycles, including new moons, full moons, solstices, equinoxes, manifestation, release, integration, gratitude, and personal growth.

Through ceremonial cacao and a variety of intentional practices, participants are invited into an experience of connection, self-discovery, and celebration. Depending on the theme, gatherings may include meditation, music, singing, movement, dancing, journaling, energy healing, sharing circles, ritual, and other practices that support the intention of the circle.

A Cacao Circle may support:

• Heart-centered connection and reflection
• Community and belonging
• Joy, creativity, and self-expression
• Emotional openness and self-awareness
• Stress relief and grounding
• Intention setting and manifestation
• Release and integration
• Spiritual connection and inner clarity
• Presence, mindfulness, and renewal
• Connection with natural and seasonal cycles

No previous experience is necessary. Whether you come seeking connection, inspiration, healing, celebration, or simply a space to be yourself, you are warmly welcomed.

Each Cacao Circle is held with compassion, respect, and care, creating a supportive environment where participants can connect, share, laugh, sing, move, reflect, and grow together in community.

Preparing for the Circle

Come as you are—with an open heart, an open mind, and a willingness to connect, share, and enjoy the experience. This is a space to gather in community, slow down, celebrate life, and reconnect with yourself and others.

To support your experience, I recommend eating light and nourishing foods before the gathering, staying well hydrated, and wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to relax, move, and fully participate in the circle.

You may wish to bring a journal, as well as any personal amulets, crystals, sacred objects, or meaningful items you would like to place on the altar or recharge within the ceremonial space.

You are also warmly invited to bring an offering for the community altar. This is completely optional and offered from the heart.

Seeds symbolize abundance, prosperity, new beginnings, and the intentions we wish to nurture and grow.
Flowers symbolize beauty, gratitude, joy, and the natural unfolding of life. Wildflowers from your garden are especially welcome.
Fruit symbolizes nourishment, sweetness, generosity, and the blessings we receive from the Earth. Fruit offerings may also be shared with the community after the ceremony.

Please bring only what feels aligned and accessible to you. Your presence is the most important offering.

Important Notes

• Ceremonial cacao is prepared using approximately 42 grams of organic ceremonial cacao blended with water. No dairy or lactose is added.
• If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or are currently taking antidepressant medication, please contact me before attending. In some cases, we may adjust the cacao serving size or offer cacao tea instead.
• If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please reach out before the event so we can determine what is most supportive for you.

No previous experience is necessary. Whether you come seeking connection, inspiration, celebration, friendship, or simply a meaningful way to spend time in community, you are warmly welcomed.

Most importantly, come ready to connect, share, laugh, sing, move, and enjoy the experience together.

Theme: Celebrating Life, Joy & New Possibilities

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year and the peak of the sun's energy. In many ancestral traditions, it is a time to celebrate life, community, abundance, and the fullness of the season.

As nature flourishes all around us, we are invited to reconnect with joy, vitality, creativity, and the simple pleasures that nourish the heart and spirit. It is an opportunity to recognize what is thriving in our lives, celebrate how far we have come, and open ourselves to new possibilities for the months ahead.

Through ceremonial cacao, guided reflection, connection, and community, we will gather to honor this sacred seasonal turning point and welcome the energy of summer with gratitude, intention, and an open heart.

About Your Practitioner:

Janet Mendoza is a Medicine Woman, Family Constellation Facilitator, and Holistic Healing Practitioner committed to helping people heal, transform, and reconnect with themselves, their inner wisdom, and their soul's journey.

Her work is rooted in ancestral healing and the understanding that many of the challenges, patterns, and emotional burdens we carry do not always begin with us. Some may be connected to our family system, inherited experiences, or unresolved dynamics carried through generations. Others may have deeper roots connected to the journey of the soul.

Through a unique combination of Family Constellations, Past Life Constellations, Energy Healing, Akashic Records, ancestral healing practices, shamanic traditions, ritual work, and intuitive guidance, Janet helps people explore the deeper origins of what they are experiencing while creating space for healing, understanding, and meaningful transformation.

Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics, grief, emotional patterns, life transitions, self-worth, abundance, purpose, spiritual awakening, or simply feeling called to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, Janet offers a compassionate and supportive space to explore what is ready to be seen, understood, healed, and transformed.

Her path began in 2016 through Reiki and has since evolved through years of study, ceremony, mentorship, and personal practice with teachers and elders connected to the Mexica, Mayan, Toltec, and Mapuche traditions. She is trained in both Family Constellations and Past Life Constellations and has facilitated healing circles, ceremonies, workshops, retreats, and private sessions for people from diverse backgrounds and different parts of the world.

At the heart of Janet's work is the belief that healing is not only about releasing what no longer serves us. It is also about remembering who we are, where we come from, and the wisdom that lives within us. Through this process, we reconnect with our roots, our inner guidance, and our innate capacity to create greater harmony, balance, healing, and transformation in our lives.
