La vida puede pasar muy rápido. Entre el trabajo, la familia, las responsabilidades y el ritmo del día a día, es fácil desconectarnos de nosotros mismos y de aquello que realmente nutre nuestro corazón.

Por eso nace AWAKEN | Círculo Comunitario en Español, un espacio creado para reunir a la comunidad hispana en un ambiente cálido, acogedor y de apoyo mutuo.

Cada encuentro nos invita a hacer una pausa, reconectar con nosotros mismos, compartir experiencias y explorar temas relacionados con el bienestar, el crecimiento personal, la espiritualidad y la vida cotidiana.

A través de conversaciones significativas, reflexiones, meditaciones guiadas, dinámicas grupales y distintas herramientas de crecimiento personal, cultivamos mayor claridad, conexión, equilibrio y sentido de comunidad.

Tema: Conectando con tu Ser Superior y Sabiduría Interior Una invitación a reconectar con tu intuición, sabiduría interior y propósito. Exploraremos cómo fortalecer la confianza en nuestra guía interna y escuchar con mayor claridad la voz del alma.

No necesitas experiencia previa ni seguir una práctica espiritual en particular. Tampoco necesitas tener todo resuelto.

Solo necesitas llegar tal como eres.

Preparación para el Círculo

No necesitas hacer nada especial para prepararte.

Ven con ropa cómoda, una mente abierta y la disposición de regalarte una hora para ti.

Si lo deseas, puedes traer un cuaderno para anotar reflexiones, ideas o aprendizajes que surjan durante el encuentro.

Lo más importante es venir tal como eres y permitirte disfrutar de este espacio de conexión, bienestar y comunidad.

About Your Practitioner: 

Janet Mendoza is a Medicine Woman, certified Family Constellation Therapist, and holistic healing practitioner devoted to helping individuals reconnect with themselves, their inner wisdom, and the deeper journey of the soul.

Her work is rooted in ancestral healing and the understanding that many of the challenges, patterns, and emotional burdens we carry do not always begin with us. Some may be connected to our family system, inherited experiences, or unresolved dynamics carried through generations. Others may have deeper roots connected to the journey of the soul.

Through a unique combination of Ancestral Healing, Family Constellations, Past Life Constellations, Energy Healing, Akashic Records, shamanic practices, ritual work, and intuitive guidance, Janet helps individuals explore the deeper origins of what they are experiencing while creating space for healing, understanding, and transformation.

Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, family dynamics, grief, emotional patterns, life transitions, self-worth, abundance, purpose, spiritual awakening, or a desire for deeper connection, Janet offers a compassionate and supportive space to explore what is asking to be healed and transformed.

Her path began in 2016 through Reiki and has since evolved through years of study, ceremony, mentorship, and personal practice with teachers and elders connected to the Mexica, Mayan, and Toltec traditions. Janet is a certified Family Constellation Therapist and is also certified in Past Life Constellations. Over the years, she has facilitated healing circles, ceremonies, workshops, retreats, and private sessions for individuals from diverse backgrounds and different parts of the world.

At the heart of Janet’s work is the belief that healing is not only about releasing what no longer serves us—it is also about remembering who we are and where we come from. Through this process, we reconnect with our roots, our inner wisdom, and our innate capacity to create greater harmony, balance, and transformation within the body, mind, and soul.

Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.

We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued upon request.
