An Akashic Records session is a sacred and intuitive space where guidance, insight, and clarity may be received in support of your personal, emotional, spiritual, and soul evolution. Many people seek an Akashic Records session when they are navigating a life transition, searching for deeper meaning, seeking answers to recurring challenges, or feeling called to better understand their soul's path.
Through the Akashic Records, we explore the deeper energetic roots of situations, patterns, relationships, questions, or life experiences that may be seeking greater understanding and alignment. The information that emerges is intended to support awareness, healing, and a deeper connection with yourself and your journey.
An Akashic Records session may bring insight and clarity related to:

Preparing for Your Session
Before your session, I invite you to spend a few moments reflecting on 2–3 questions, intentions, or areas of your life where you are seeking guidance, healing, understanding, or greater clarity. Your questions do not need to be submitted in advance and will be shared during the session.
Questions that tend to work best within the Akashic Records are open-ended and invite deeper exploration. These often begin with what, why, or how.
Examples:
• What am I needing to understand about this relationship?
• Why do I continue repeating this emotional pattern?
• How can I move forward with greater clarity and alignment?
You may bring questions related to relationships, family, career, finances, emotional patterns, spiritual growth, life transitions, recurring dreams, fears, blockages, soul purpose, karmic connections, or personal healing and transformation.
There is no need to have everything figured out before the session. If your questions are not fully clear, that is perfectly okay. Often the guidance received through the Akashic Records helps illuminate what is most important for you to understand in this moment.
To support your energetic and physical preparation, I recommend eating light throughout the day and avoiding food for 2–3 hours before your session when possible. Comfortable clothing and staying well hydrated are also encouraged. Your session will be approximately 60-minutes.
Most importantly, come as you are—grounded, present, and open to receiving the guidance, insight, and wisdom that is ready to emerge through the Akashic Records.
Janet Mendoza is a Medicine Woman, certified Family Constellation Therapist, and holistic healing practitioner devoted to helping individuals reconnect with themselves, their inner wisdom, and the deeper journey of the soul.

Her path began in 2016 through Reiki and has since evolved through years of study, ceremony, mentorship, and personal practice with teachers and elders connected to the Mexica, Mayan, and Toltec traditions. Janet is a certified Family Constellation Therapist and is also certified in Past Life Constellations. Over the years, she has facilitated healing circles, ceremonies, workshops, retreats, and private sessions for individuals from diverse backgrounds and different parts of the world.
At the heart of Janet’s work is the belief that healing is not only about releasing what no longer serves us—it is also about remembering who we are and where we come from. Through this process, we reconnect with our roots, our inner wisdom, and our innate capacity to create greater harmony, balance, and transformation within the body, mind, and soul.

Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued upon request.
