Most of us were never taught how to do this. We were taught to be good, to be helpful, to be needed — to show up even when we're running on empty. We learned to read everyone else's emotional temperature before checking in with our own. We built whole identities around being there for others, and somewhere along the way, lost touch with ourselves.
In this private session, you’ll be invited to bring something that's feeling particularly challenging. Together with Ashley, you'll uncover your body's somatic orientation toward the challenge and be guided inward to understand the deeper layers of why it feels so hard. Leave with new awareness and possibility of navigating your next steps with greater ease and clarity. This is the work of embodiment: honoring your feelings and the wisdom within your inner world as the foundation upon which everything else is built.
When you begin living from this grounded place, you may discover that the clarity, wholeness, and freedom you’ve been searching for have been within you all along. This is the work of self-love, and it can change everything.

Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued as requested.
