Join Djuro and special guest Lakota elder Mr. Charging Crow for an afternoon workshop to create your own eagle or hawk fetish carving pendant necklace. Mr. Charging Crow is a traditional Lakota carver, and you will learn the meaning of the fetish to the Sioux Nation and how to tap into the energy of the stone to determine which animal to carve. The workshop will begin with ceremony and song to connect you with your spirit guides. As you begin carving, the first layer of the stone's surface is removed and the animal Spirit’s natural form is revealed. You'll be guided through his traditional practices to complete your own fetish carving pendant. Once the pendant is complete you'll have the opportunity to design your necklace with crystal beads and a clasp. All tools, supplies, materials, and light snacks provided. No experience necessary. Class is limited to 16 participants.

We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued as requested.
