Join us for a transformative three-hour mini retreat designed to realign your spirit and restore your sense of harmony. Through a curated flow of breathwork, education, and sound therapy, we will guide you on a holistic path toward inner peace and energetic balance.

This experience features three unique sessions:

• Chakra 101 with Mary Mello: Dive into the foundations of your energetic body. This interactive class includes a body chart, guided meditation, and a take-home guide featuring supportive herbs, flowers, and crystals to assist you on your journey.
• Breathwork Journey with Christina Nelson: Engage in a circular connected breathwork journey designed to bring balance to your physical and emotional states. This session focuses on creating space for opening, release, and expansion to help you move forward with your intentions.
• Sound Healing & Chakra Alignment with Janet Mendoza: Experience the power of sound and vibration through Himalayan singing bowls, kultrun (shamanic drum), and vocalization. This restorative closing session supports deep integration and energetic alignment.

About Your Practitioners

Mary Mello of Botanic Flora Apothecary creates small-batch apothecary products using flower essences for healing. She is also a Science & Technology Color Specialist with over 30 years of industrial color knowledge. She is excited to share her knowledge of flower essences and the high-vibrational healing power of flowers.

Christina Nelson of Calm Peaceful Life is a Registered Nurse certified in breathwork and meditation. She is passionate about helping others learn to cope with and utilize their feelings to live their best lives. Her mission is to create a more connected, vibrant, and healthy world.

Janet Mendoza is a Medicine Woman, Certified Family Constellations Practitioner, and Holistic Healing Practitioner specializing in ancestral, systemic, and soul-centered healing. Her work supports people in exploring the deeper roots of the patterns and experiences shaping their lives.
