During the 30-minute session, you'll rest comfortably while Himalayan singing bowls are placed both around and on the body, allowing their gentle vibrations to be experienced on a deeper level. Depending on your individual needs, the session may also incorporate the shamanic drum and other sacred instruments, creating a personalized sound healing experience that supports relaxation, grounding, and energetic harmony.
Each session is guided intuitively and responds to what is most needed in the moment. Drawing from ancient sound healing traditions and intuitive practices, every experience is designed to encourage nervous system regulation, ease physical and emotional tension, and create space for greater restoration, clarity, and inner connection.

Janet Mendoza is a Medicine Woman, certified Family Constellation Therapist, and holistic healing practitioner devoted to helping individuals reconnect with themselves, their inner wisdom, and the deeper journey of the soul.
Her work is rooted in ancestral healing and the understanding that many of the challenges, patterns, and emotional burdens we carry do not always begin with us. Some may be connected to our family system, inherited experiences, or unresolved dynamics carried through generations. Others may have deeper roots connected to the journey of the soul.
Through a unique combination of Ancestral Healing, Family Constellations, Past Life Constellations, Energy Healing, Akashic Records, shamanic practices, ritual work, and intuitive guidance, Janet helps individuals explore the deeper origins of what they are experiencing while creating space for healing, understanding, and transformation.

Her path began in 2016 through Reiki and has since evolved through years of study, ceremony, mentorship, and personal practice with teachers and elders connected to the Mexica, Mayan, and Toltec traditions. Janet is a certified Family Constellation Therapist and is also certified in Past Life Constellations. Over the years, she has facilitated healing circles, ceremonies, workshops, retreats, and private sessions for individuals from diverse backgrounds and different parts of the world.
At the heart of Janet’s work is the belief that healing is not only about releasing what no longer serves us—it is also about remembering who we are and where we come from. Through this process, we reconnect with our roots, our inner wisdom, and our innate capacity to create greater harmony, balance, and transformation within the body, mind, and soul.
