Breath is a powerful tool for transformation. It marks our entrance into this world and completes our exit, while offering us a tool we can consciously use to regulate the nervous system. Learning to use your breath to release the old and welcome the new is a beautiful skill to cultivate.

Breathwork can support all aspects of your being:

• Physical: Support sleep, detoxification, energy, immunity, and circulation.
• Emotional: Process and release overwhelming emotions from the past and present.
• Mental: Support greater focus, joy, and presence while helping ease anxiety, depression, and symptoms of ADHD.
• Spiritual: Deepen your connection to purpose, intuition, and Source/God.

Together, we will set an intention for your breathwork session and explore what you would like to work on to create meaningful change in your life. I will create a personalized breathwork routine that we will practice together for 10–15 minutes. After your session, you’ll continue practicing this breath for three minutes each day to help integrate and support lasting change.

We will also spend 20 minutes creating a transformational self-care ritual tailored to your individual needs.

About Your Practitioner: Christina Nelson of Calm Peaceful Life is a Registered Nurse certified in breathwork and meditation. She is passionate about helping others learn to cope with and utilize their feelings to live their best life. Her mission is to create a more connected, vibrant, healthy world.
