Gourd Rattle Workshop [Deposit] - Saturday, November 7 3pm–5pm

The total investment for this experience is $55, and the $35 deposit is to reserve your space. Please bring the remaining $20 balance in cash at the time of the event and pay it directly to Mr. Charging Crow.

Join us for a meaningful and creative experience rooted in tradition and spiritual connection. Native American communities have long used art, music, and percussion as powerful ways to honor their ancestors, transfer energy, and tell stories.

In this hands-on workshop, you'll be guided by Djuro and special guest Lakota elder, Mr. Charging Crow, as you create your own painted gourd. Mr. Charging Crow will share the cultural significance, history, and spiritual symbolism behind this practice, offering wisdom from his culture and life experiences.

Each participant will have the opportunity to design and decorate a gourd that holds personal meaning. All materials are provided—just bring your open heart and creative spirit. Gathering is limited to 20 participants.

Location: Angelic Roots, 8612 S Market Pl, Oak Creek, WI 53154 (We have 2 locations in the Oak Creek Market Place Village, this is at the North End location.)

Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.

We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued upon request.
