Glow: The Inner Path to Joy Workshop with Ashley - Friday, December 11 12pm-1pm

Picture a woman who has just spent a day bathing in relaxation. Warm water, a massage, nowhere to be and nothing to prove. She steps out feeling open and nourished, rested all the way through, with a quiet joy humming inside her. Her glow is back.

Now imagine she didn’t have to go anywhere to get it.

Joy and rest may feel more natural in summer, when the sun is high and the fullness of life is hard to miss. Now, as the light wanes and the holiday season picks up steam, these things may feel farther away. This workshop is an invitation to discover that your glow lives inside you. It’s an inner resource you can return to, once you know the way.

Through a gentle, guided moving meditation and embodiment practices, you’ll learn how to access, amplify, and sustain feelings of ease, aliveness, and joy in the texture of your ordinary days. Come in with all you’re carrying. Walk out with your glow back.

Ashley Fisher of Ever You Coaching is a feminine embodiment coach and Reiki Master. Her coaching method is rooted in neuroscience, somatics, and intuitive coaching, also drawing from her own journey of learning profound lessons about self-care, compassion, forgiveness, and the transformative power of embodied living. Ashley believes that when we live and lead from a place of authenticity, we unleash our full potential to build a better world. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she lives with her husband and three children, Ashley offers coaching sessions and embodiment workshops designed to help others create lives that feel good to wake up to each morning.
