In Part 2: Moving Emotional Energies, Reanin will explore how we can consciously move and shift the energy we hold within us through transmutation—the intentional process of transforming emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual energies into a more constructive and positive state.
Through intentional movement and visualization, Reanin will demonstrate techniques for redirecting energy within the body and shifting difficult emotions and thoughts toward greater momentum, clarity, and emotional wellbeing.
As an intuitive empath who works in mental health, Reanin has found this practice to be a valuable tool for maintaining her own mindset and wellbeing when navigating heavy energies and emotions from outside sources.
In this workshop, Reanin will revisit foundational energy transmutation techniques and explore how movement and intention can be used to work with emotional energy. Feelings of stuck or stagnant energy can feel heavy, and this practice offers an opportunity to consciously shift that energy toward productivity, creativity, empowerment, and emotional resilience.
Part 1: Basics of Transmuting Energy is recommended to help you become familiar with the foundational techniques, but it is not required to participate in Part 2: Moving Emotional Energies.
Join Reanin for an opportunity to explore your emotional energy, connect with your body, and discover new ways to move through what you’re carrying. We’ll have everything you need to create a comfortable, peaceful, and supportive experience. Gathering limited to 9 participants.
Please note: Reanin’s original Energy Transmutation Workshop has been expanded into two separate workshops, each focusing on a different aspect of energy transmutation.
