Our Colombian Elite Shungite is a recent find from the Muzo Mine in Colombia! Shungite is comprised of mostly pure carbon and is the only known natural mineral to contain fullerene, a type of carbon molecular formation known for its healing benefits. 1. Rinse the Shungite until the water runs clear. Alternatively, you can add Shungite to boiling water for five minutes before rinsing.

3. Depending on your health and detox sensitivity, it is recommended to drink at least 1-3 glasses of Shungite water a day.
4. Cleanse the Shungite in the sunlight every month and depending on the quality of your water, you can reboil the Shungite every 4 to 6 months and replace every 2 to 3 years. If you start with spring or pre-filtered water the Elite Shungite can last up to 5 years.
