Begin by settling into your breath with guided breathwork designed to help you slow down, release tension, and connect more deeply with yourself. From there, allow the experience to unfold as Djuro guides you into an immersive gong bath, surrounding you with layers of vibration and sound to support deep relaxation and stillness. As the sound experience comes to a close, you’ll return to your body with a gentle grounding breath, creating space to reconnect, integrate, and simply be present with whatever arises.
No prior experience with breathwork or sound baths is needed. Come as you are, with an open heart and mind!
Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities.
Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued as requested.
