As the seasons shift, the Autumn Equinox invites us to pause, reflect, and honor the path that has brought us here. It is a time of balance—when day and night stand in perfect harmony—and an opportunity to celebrate our growth, express gratitude for our blessings, and gently release what no longer serves us. As nature begins to slow and turn inward, we are invited to do the same, creating space for fresh perspectives, renewed intentions, and the season ahead.
Join Laurie and Djuro for a meaningful evening of intention, reflection, and sound healing as we honor the Autumn Equinox. Together, we'll reflect on the lessons, growth, and experiences of the past months before participating in a guided releasing ceremony. You'll create your own mini intention medicine bundle to symbolize the intentions, energy, and blessings you'd like to carry into the season ahead.
You'll also experience a deeply restorative sound bath meditation featuring the healing vibrations of Paiste, Grotta Sonora, and Chau gongs, along with healing drums, chimes, rattles, and handcrafted Tibetan and Quartz Crystal singing bowls, creating a beautiful atmosphere for relaxation, reflection, and energetic renewal.

The evening includes an Autumn Equinox Ceremony and Sound Bath Meditation. Gathering is limited to 16 participants. Please dress comfortably. Blankets and mats will be available. Doors close five minutes after the start time, and late entry is not permitted.

Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. If there is an extenuating circumstance please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued as requested.
