As we shift from the vibrant energy of summer into the slower rhythm of autumn, our bodies and minds naturally crave grounding, reflection, and connection. This restorative class offers a supportive space to pause, settle, and realign with the energy of the changing season.
We’ll begin by introducing the three grounding crystals we’ll be working with: Smoky Quartz, Red Jasper and Hematite. You’ll learn a bit about each stone’s unique qualities and how they can support you during the season of autumn.
Then, we’ll move into a guided grounding meditation while seated in a circle. This is the centerpiece of the class — a spacious, inward journey designed to help you slow down, connect with your body, and align your energy. Each participant will become part of a living crystal grid, seated among smoky quartz, red jasper, and hematite. This shared circle becomes both a personal and collective field of grounding, allowing your system to gently settle and restore.
Following the meditation, we’ll close with a few minutes of gentle, grounding movements to help you return to your body and integrate the experience. You’ll leave feeling centered, balanced, and more in tune with the rhythm of the season ahead.
Each participant receives a crystal kit of the three grounding stones to take home.
No meditation experience is needed. Just come as you are — the space is fully supported with mats, back jacks, chairs, pillows, and blankets for your comfort during this 75-minute session. Gathering limited to 8 participants.

Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
