Add-On Rentals

This rental booking form is for Wellness Professionals renting our space. Please reserve your treatment room/classroom rental at the same time as any add-ons. Each add-on item needs to be added to the cart separately. Select your start time when booking your add-ons. Rentals may be made 180 days in advance. For same day rentals, please call us to ensure your items are  ready.

• Linens (fitted sheet/flat sheet/pillowcase/pillow/blanket/bolster) - 10 sets available
• Yoga Blankets - 14 available
• Tea Service - 20 mugs available
• Water Bottles
• Folding Chairs - 18 available
• 6' Tables - 4 available
• Black Table Linens - 4 available
• Exercise Mats - 15 available
• Backjack Chairs - 14 available
• Additional Massage Table - 4 available

Wellness Center Location: 8612 S Market Place, Oak Creek, WI 53154 and booking times are in Central Standard Time (CST).
