Take a moment to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself! Our monthly Touch of Light Healing Sessions with Jess are designed to create space for relaxation, balance, and renewal.

These sessions are perfect for anyone curious to explore these modalities for the first time, or as a gentle reset in between longer treatments. Jess offers several gentle yet powerful approaches to choose from. Explore the options below and find the one that feels right for you. Each 20-minute session is tailored to meet you where you are—whether you’re looking to ease stress, release tension, restore your energy, or reconnect your body and spirit.

• Craniosacral – Struggling with anxiety, stress, or an overactive nervous system? Jess uses gentle holds on the body to encourage deep relaxation and support the down-regulation of the central nervous system. This calming approach helps ease the momentum of stress and anxiety, leaving you feeling more centered and grounded.
• Reiki – Refresh your energy, clear your mind, and release the weight of the day with Jess. By channeling universal life-force energy, she creates a safe space for healing that promotes relaxation and restores balance to the body.
• Zen Shiatsu – Experiencing chronic muscle pain, headaches, fatigue, or low energy? Jess works along the body’s energy pathways to open space throughout the muscles and joints. This flow encourages the release of old, stagnant energy that can contribute to discomfort and exhaustion, helping to restore vitality and ease.

About Your Practitioner

Jess was introduced to energy work in 2019 by her therapist, who was helping her navigate a difficult time in her life. The experience had a profound, life-changing impact—she felt as though she was finally waking up. This awakening set the course for a new journey, and over the next few years, she completed Reiki Levels I & II.

As Jess continued along her healing journey, she discovered a deep passion for people and a calling to be of service to humanity. In 2022, she made the courageous decision to leave her career and follow her heart. She enrolled at Zen Shiatsu School Chicago, where she studied the healing modalities of Zen Shiatsu and Craniosacral therapy.

Since then, Jess has been cultivating her energy work practice and is excited to continue her journey with the Angelic Roots community.

Location

The session is at our Wellness Center: 8612 S Market Place, Oak Creek, WI 53154 (We have 2 locations in the Oak Creek Market Place Village, this is at the North End location) and session times are in Central Standard Time (CST).

Please note, our treatment rooms are located within our crystal shop, and while we strive to maintain a serene environment, there may be some ambient noise, particularly during evenings and weekends.

Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at info@angelicroots.com or 1-414-304-5184 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to your session. Video and photography during the session is not permitted without prior approval.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.

We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued upon request.
