Balance, Harmony & Energetic Alignment
A deeply restorative sound healing experience that uses the therapeutic vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls to promote deep relaxation, restore balance, and support your body's natural capacity for healing.
During the 60-minute session, you'll rest comfortably while Himalayan singing bowls are placed both around and on the body, allowing their sound and vibrations to be experienced on a deeper level. Depending on your individual needs, the session may also incorporate the shamanic drum and other sacred instruments, creating a personalized sound healing experience that supports grounding, energetic balance, and inner harmony.
Each session is guided intuitively and responds to what is most needed in the moment. Through sound, vibration, and frequency, the experience is designed to support nervous system regulation, release physical and emotional tension, restore energetic flow, and create space for greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
Janet Mendoza is a Medicine Woman, Certified Family Constellations Practitioner, and Holistic Healing Practitioner specializing in ancestral, systemic, and soul-centered healing. Her work supports people in exploring the deeper roots of the patterns and experiences shaping their lives.
Her approach brings together ancestral wisdom, systemic work, energy healing, and intuitive practices to work with the body, mind, spirit, and soul. Through private sessions, workshops, and circles, Janet creates intentional spaces to bring awareness to what is ready to be seen, honor what came before, transform what no longer needs to be carried, and reconnect with the wisdom and resources within.
At the heart of Janet’s work is a simple belief: the medicine has always been within you. Her purpose is not to give you the answers, but to guide you inward, helping you remember who you are, honor where you come from, and move forward with greater awareness, freedom, and intention.

Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.
Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. An electronic credit will be issued in the form of store credit. If there is an extenuating circumstance, please let us know.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued upon request.
