The $13 deposit (+$5 if you rent a flute) is to reserve your space. Please bring the remaining $20 balance in cash at the time of the event for Ryan.

Have you ever wanted to play in a flute circle, play a flute in nature, or learn more about how music and world cultures are connected? Now you can with 30-minutes flute lessons by Ryan Meisel. Ryan blends worldwide traditional flute playing with individual experience and intention.

Ryan is a teacher of woodwinds and music with 23 years experience. Students of Ryan will be guided through a series of individualized lessons geared towards specific learning styles and interests. Lessons will include the basics of the instrument, improvisational strategies to enrich daily life, and historical songs associated with the traditional flute. No need to read music to enjoy learning this instrument. Fingering charts, notation and song sheet music will also be made available upon request. 

Please bring your own instrument or select the option to rent one of our instruments.

Ryan has a background in jazz and world music, and he was drawn to the Native Style Flute because of its spiritual connection with nature and culture.

Note, if you choose rent a flute, the $5 rental deposit can be used towards the purchase of a flute on the day of the event.

Please sign our Consent & Liability Waiver prior to arrival. Note, we use essential oils and burn sage, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities. 

Refrain from using any drugs or alcohol prior to the event. Video and photography during the event is not permitted without prior approval.

Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged or losing your deposit. If there is an extenuating circumstance please let us know.

We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued as requested.
