Join Christina for a conscious, controlled meditation with breathing techniques that can induce the relaxation response and transform stress, anxiety, pain, and depression into positive states and well-being.

During your class, you’ll connect with your body, create a sense of safety, and tap into your higher wisdom through psychoactive breathwork. You’ll spend approximately 45 minutes in active breathwork, followed by guided integration and meditation. This active meditation style gives you something to focus on as you settle into the experience. Come breathe, connect, integrate, and find your bliss state.

Breathwork is one of the fastest ways to get out of your head and connect to both your body and your intuition. For many people, it facilitates an emotional purging, leaving you feeling lighter and clearer. In essence, you are relearning to inhabit your body, establish new pathways in the brain, and cultivate emotional and relational intelligence.

Benefits of Breathwork:
  • Increase parasympathetic tone (moving you from ‘fight or flight’ to ‘rest and digest’)
  • Reduce stress, anxiety, grief, depression, and anger
  • Increase energy levels and boost your body’s immune system
  • Increase your self-awareness, presence, happiness, and access to joy
  • Increase your capacity for self-love by bringing you into your body and seeing your truth
  • Improve sleep, releases trauma, and fear stuck in the body
  • Reduce pain and release toxins from the body
  • Improve digestion
  • Explore altered states of consciousness, consciously!
Gathering limited to 15 participants. Please wear comfortable, loose clothes and bring water and chapstick as your mouth may get dry. Journal optional but recommended. If you're pregnant or have any diagnosed health issues (especially lung problems), please check with your doctor before starting breathwork.
