In this workshop, you'll be held in a warm, compassionate community as you explore why forgiveness can feel so impossible (even when you genuinely want it), and what's actually happening in your body when you're stuck in resentment or regret. Through somatic movement and embodied practice, you'll begin releasing the energy that's been blocking you — not by forcing it, not by pretending what happened was okay, but by giving your body permission to finally set it down. This is the path back to your peace, your freedom, and your joy.
This workshop is led by feminine embodiment coach Ashley Fisher, whose own journey of forgiving those who caused her past trauma is at the heart of everything she offers. She has walked this road. She knows how hard it is — and she knows the other side is possible. She is deeply committed to guiding you in transforming your pain into peace.
