Red Tiger Eye Worry Stone

Red Tiger’s Eye, also called Ox Eye or Bull’s Eye, promotes the strength and courage of an ox and defends against bullying. It is a stimulating stone that increases inner strength, provides motivation, and allows you to overcomes drowsiness. These properties also make it a great tool to inspire determination and creativity.

Worry stones have a soothingly smooth feel and they have proven to reduce stress and anxiety, calm your heart, and clear your mind. Hold the stone between your index finger and thumb and gently rub your thumb back and forth across the smooth indentation when you're feeling worried or stressed. They can also help with concentration!
