Sweetgrass, also known as Hierochloe Odorata or “holy grass,” has long been cherished in spiritual practices for its uplifting and purifying energy. Harvested during the summer months of June through August, this sacred plant carries a naturally sweet, earthy aroma with notes of vanilla and cinnamon.

Traditionally used in cleansing rituals, sweetgrass is braided and burned to invite positive energy and blessings into a space. To use, simply light the tip of the braid and gently wave it to release its soft, aromatic smoke.
