The Summer Solstice, June 21, marks the longest day of the year and is a time of abundance, growth, and renewal. It is a powerful reminder that we are also a part of this rhythm. It's easy to lose touch with the natural flow. We override or doubt our intuition, rush through the seasons, and disconnect from those natural, ancestral rhythms that gently guide us back to ourselves. The Summer Solstice invites us to return and reconnect with Mother Earth and the cycles of nature.

Reflection Questions
Where in my life do I feel the most in sync and where do I feel out of rhythm?
What does my body need more of right now: rest, movement, stillness, or expression?
When was the last time I felt fully present in nature?
What am I currently growing or nurturing in my life?
How can I create more space to slow down and notice?
You may be in a season of expansion, abundance, and creativity. Or you may be experiencing stillness, and craving rest. Both are valid and natural expressions of how you are responding to your own natural rhythms. Reconnection honors where you are, not where you think you should be. Spending time outdoors can help support your body, mind, and spirit and bring you back into alignment. Here are some other suggestions for anchoring into the Summer Solstice.

Crystals: Our favorite crystals for tuning into the energy of the Summer Solstice are Moss Agate, Strawberry Quartz, Citrine, Sunstone, Gobi Eye Desert Agate, and Golden Healer.
Reconnecting is a return to your body, your breath, and your natural rhythms. When you take the time to reconnect with nature and Mother Earth, you will find your way back to yourself!
