It is also a time to release old patterns and beliefs, outdated stories and roles, and make space for rebirth and realignment.

This requires deep soul work, emotional honesty, and the courage to shed what no longer resonates with you. When I feel most reactive or emotionally charged, what emotion is lying underneath? Is this emotion even mine or an emotion that has been carried down?
Are there beliefs or behaviors I carry that feel like they belong to someone else?
Make a separate list on a piece of paper of things you are ready to release during your Full Moon Ceremony. Burn the paper with the intention of releasing and giving gratitude to your ancestors, freeing them and your future generations.
