She believes in an integrative approach to healing the whole self. Known for her kind, compassionate nature and enthusiasm for teaching, Kelly empowers her clients with useful knowledge about self-care and healing. She believes that true wellness emerges from mindfulness and harmony of the body, mind and spirit.
